In a brief period 4 years ago I started believing that all effort is struggle until it succeeds. A very dangerous thought that has no end. One day the thing it did show me was the importance of salvation through Christ. I started believing that kind of walk of life's reward is the only good exit clause for this otherwise corrupted existence I'm part of. 《*John 3:16*》

Omg I’ve always been looking for an answer about the revision method, it makes so much sense when you said “you gaslight your own experience and think you have to always be accepted” exactly what was in my head but didn’t know how to say it.. thank you ♥️

Can I just say I’ve been watching similar videos of well known people for years and you’re the best one so far, you’re so underrated, this is so helpful the way you visually explain it. Even though I always knew all of this, it just clicked differently with you! Thank you! 🙏 ❤

This made me cry, you don't know how much I needed this tonight. I was skeptical, I still don't believe enough -but it makes sense. It's just been so hard for so long and nobody has cared, so I'm genuinely grateful for your video. It is part of helping save my mental health right now, which feels like my gas tank actually has hit empty or is teetering closer than I ever thought. Thank you for this.

I’ve gone through this too. It’s AWFUL, isn’t it? But the lesson is always there to be found. It took a long time, but when I did, it changed the direction of my life. That has made all the difference. Really well done. Thanks!

I am thankful that i went through debilitating anxiety because the parallel of the healing process of anxiety and what you are teaching is crazy. Event - Story - Feeling.
@AbbyRustonАй бұрын
@@R31613 oh interesting!! How do you mean the parallel of the healing processes?
@R31613Ай бұрын
@AbbyRuston in order to heal from anxiety, you need to change the narrative that you tell yourself. If not, you'll continue to be in the anxiety loop. Much like what you're saying in this video. You need to change the narrative and feel the narrative. Regardless if you feel otherwise. You need to believe your new truth as oppose to the opposite.

@@AbbyRustonthat part of unsolved trauma causing behavior like: ghosting etc. The love they receive feels overwelming to a point were they can’t handle and pull away. The mistake that Neville makes in his explanation (not necessarily in his own mind) is the use of the words emotion and feeling for the same concept: they are very different things!!
