This is so much respect for the Tuna. So much Love and Respect on one single Plate. AMAZING. I love every time when HiroSan enjoys his own food. I trust his reaction 120%!

This presentation was better than any I've seen on Travel Thirsty. The music, camera angles, Hiro's cutting skill was so thematical. Though I will continue to watch both, this channel is the place to be.

Hiro, my friend, g11d aftern11n!!! That's the most beautiful tuna platter I've seen in a long time. It's a real master piece by the one and only Master Sushi Chef, Hiroyuki Terada. And the cameraman, Charles Preston, tried some new angles which give a perfect view of the making. I'd love to be there for the tasting part and I hope that this DREAM will come true one day... I love 🇯🇵 and 🇺🇸! Greetings from 🇩🇪! ♥️🐟♥️🍣♥️🍱♥️🥢♥️

Gorgeous platter ...I also close my eyes when eating quality otoro , chutoro, Uni, foie gras & A5 Wagyu Love sushi restaurants where the Chef already adds in the wasabi... some places don’t do that and I will lift up the fish slightly to add some wasabi onto the rice and cover it back

And this is why he's called the Master Sushi Chef!! Oh my gosh, what a work of art, it almost feels like a shame to eat it. Chef Hiro is his own toughest critic, I can't believe he's only 60% satisfied with his work. If this is only 60%, can you imagine what 💯% would look like? Chef Hiro, Konnichiwa.⛩🍣🇯🇵

Wow😍😍😍❤️magestic!! With that gold leaf and caviar wow 😍😍❤️ I'm drooling here🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤😍😍😍❤️. I wish I could do these too since I eat Tuna almost daily. I only eat seafood mainly ocean fish and crustaceans and steak. I'm so picky. I miss Guam so much and of course Philippines. I've leave by the ocean my whole life until 9 years ago since I've moved here in California. There's no sushi place here in Sacramento that is good enough for me. Sorry I've been eating raw seafood for as long as I can remember. Back home we eat Fish Salad Shrimp salad they gotta be still alive or fresh catch.

What type of food experts and how/what is the wood round made of? Specifically, the shellac, to make it to food-safety standards. It is beautiful, the wood and the food... and Charles Preston's amazing camera skills and his calming voice throughout the vid? LUVIT!! At $200 or so for this dish in a restaurant, why are there only 2 tuna/rice balls if it is a snack for 4 or 5, served before the main entrè of each dinner? Party of 4? Visually? Beautiful. Knife, artistic and presentation skills of Hiro-San? Impeccable, amazing, off the charts, as always. There's a reason that Hiro-San is a Guinness Book of World Records holder. There is also a reason why this Master Sushi Chef chose you, as well, Charles. Was it something about Charlie the Lonesome Tuna, of days gone by? Oh, wait, that was Walt Disneys, Charlie the Lonesom Cougar. Different title. Different decade... ⚘ ♥️🤪♥️ ⚘ Stay Home! Stay Alive! (My version... 🤗 )
