I'm sharing how I nurture my personal strength & self-discipline, adopt & maintain healthy habits, and what's worked for me in achieving my goals. Introspection and self-awareness are necessary primary steps in any self-improvement endeavor, so my advice would be to start by asking yourself the deeper, meaningful questions; and be rigorous in your honesty when addressing those self-inquiries. Be truthful with yourself. Find out who you are, what you want and how you will go about achieving your desired identity, and live in alignment with your values and purpose. Ultimately, the collective choices we make each day, over time, become our lives. Remind yourself that all of your little actions accumulate towards the bigger picture.
