Hello! In this video I demonstrate how I cut plexiglass on my Ryobi Tablesaw! I had to do this in order to build some display cases for a friend. I used a Diablo 80 tooth ultra finish 10 inch blade. There is also a Freud blade specifically designed to cut plexiglass (lexan). I added links for both of the blades in the description below. This video also gave me a chance to use my modular bench set up for an out-feed table to cut down an entire sheet of plexiglass. It worked out great! Hope you enjoy the video!

I cut acrylic from 1/16" to 1/4" To prevent kickback, i adjusted my riving knife and rip fence. With thinner plexiglass, it tends to slide under the beveled edges of the rip fence, causing the plastic to slightly angle and get caught on the blade and kick back. I had to make a block along the rip fence to prevent plastic from sliding under.

i like your saw station. i went with another channles design using plywood, was kinda hard fitting the harbor freight table saw to it and i dont exacly like how the new fence works but it works

I know this is a year old but may I ask what blade you used . 80tooth? Kerf?
