How I'd (Re) Make Batman: Arkham Asylum's Final Boss

I’ve seen many ideas on how this boss could’ve been better. One of the more popular ones i’ve seen is that Joker does inject himself with the formula, but he transforms into kind of an opposite Titan (he’s more gangly and spider-like, with concept art by Carlos D’Anda) and that afterwards- he chases you through the asylum walls in a more predator mode style. But, I do absolutely love your idea of a sort of boss rush. What if it begins with him, through fear toxin, becoming the Jack in the Box, then the Scarecrow boss and then, out of desperation, injects himself with Titan and chases you as the spider-like creature?
