the wage gap isn't real. The reason why men on average make more then women on average is because ON AVERAGE men tend to work the harder jobs and because they are harder they pay more. I am not at all saying women cant do these jobs or that there arent women that work harder then most men, but ON AVERAGE men do work harder. If a man and a woman both work the same job and have been working there for the same amount of time and have both done a good job and one of them is being paid more then the other, then that would be sexism (keep in mind that its also possible for the women to be paid more) But even then there are multiple factors! Maybe one of them asked for a raise and because they were a good employee they got the raise but the other one didn't bother to ask. Maybe one of them is going through something extreme where they need more money to make ends meet whereas the other doesn't. there are SO SO SO SO SO SO SO many factors and gender is one of the smallest ones. And if you wanna talk about gaps between gender's why only talk about the wage gap? What about the percentage of women being winning custody being higher then men? But there are other factors to that aren't there? Yes, yes there is and the same is true with the wage gap. If this was a joke and i took it way to far with the full explanation then i am sorry but you gotta understand when there are people who actually are this ignorant i gotta speak out.
