Ever find yourself feeling guilty and ashamed of yourself? There's a large difference between shame and guilt, and here I talk about the way I get over such emotions.

That's great, both jobs sound good, really, I wonder which you will go for. As far as guilt and apologies for being hurtful in the heat of the moment go, at least this is out there if she decides to watch. As far as shame goes, I think we all experience it. When it really is a problem is when someone struggles to avoid feeling it and they are permanently blaming other people instead. That is a problem, you are at least acknowledging it, and being with the discomfort. Anyway, it's out there.
