1. Find a clear intention.
2. Choose a Focus point
3. Focus on Breathing (4 Seconds in, 8 Seconds Out)
4. Scan for Excess Tension and Release it limb by limb with every outgoing breath
5. Locate the physical center of your body
6. Process Cues: Recall your personal process cues (phrases) that you need to focus on to perform at the best level.
7. Do this as long as you can quietly see yourself performing all the correct
steps. Feel yourself doing the task well, and imaging every aspect of it you
can as possible.
8. Direct all your energy into your focus point.
