had heart anxiety for about 8 years, got it after a panic attack.Tried virtually everything and some things did help (focus on rest and diet) the one thing that really was the first step was the unconditional acceptance.When you can really feel like giving zero fucks about what your symptons will do to you, you will feel them slowly going away.This doesnt mean they will vanish,remember they are all anchored on your fears and they will linger ,but once you remove the fear response, they dont have anything to grab. My heart palpitations were so crazy that i could feel literally every single beat and twich my heart did,and my mind would start looping "youre gonna die, drop dead". Before the acceptance, i would skip work and try to sleep the whole day.After, i just though " oh , im gonna die? thats sad, i was planning to have a nice dinner/launch.. .at least i wont have to do the dishes, thank god"😂 it is a steep walk, with a lot o gravel, but you know youre progressing when you can respond well little by little.Do the things that you fear and Try 15 seconds, hell, try to have 1 thought that you couldnt care less if you drop dead , and work your way up.Youre gonna be unconfortable as hell, doubting even what you are doing ,but as they say: the only way out is through I did it and im not the courage poster boy, but i got tired of seeing my life passing by me

Any health condition symptoms that I heard or read about, I can literally feel the symptoms and feel convinced that I have that health problem.

just ask urself, is the worry warranted?, if not move on and blame it on stress, go to the doctor get checked out, and trust that they know better than you. its very important you learn to do this, as you will likely experience a lot of symtoms during the recovery, at least a few times(where they change), but it isnt allways a bad sign, even when i was doing things right i had symtoms intensify and change, you cant get worked up everytime they change. maybe ive had it a bit easier than others tho, as i do not believe that worry was my main issue, in the grand scheme off things.

Does anyone have advice on how to stop obsessing / fearing the brain fog and dizziness? It’s kind of like my body just naturally reacts with fear without my choice …

Just let it be

it may sound simple, but just accept it,but dont think it will be easy or natural. You must focus on your response Rather than the symptons

Jaden do you still get those inner trembling if you are dealing with a stressful day …I had those inner trembling 24 * 7 .. then one day it went away .. but if I’m dealing with very stressful or exhausting situations I used to get it for some time and it don’t last long .. will this too go away in time ?

Jaden i have anxiety and panic attacks only in the morning till 04:00 pm and in the afretnoon till the next morning i am fine did you get anxieties in a specific time during your recovery?
@TheFracturedfuture3 ай бұрын
That's interesting because all my symptoms are super intense in the morning and then begin to tapper off at around 7:00. By the time it's 10:00pm I feel almost normal.

Hey Jaden do you have any videos on your diet or gaining weight ? I lost a lot of weight during the recovery process .
@ericstorm6554 Жыл бұрын
being in a calorie deficit is probably the absolute worst thing you can do for the recovery, its a huge part why we got sick in the first place, at least for me(was sub 10% bf), focus on reducing stress, that includes any stress that is perceived by the body, etc dieting, outside off not being able to sleep a full night im symtom free allready 5 months post my own health crash.

I'm not sure if it's health anxiety, or legitimate concern, although the anxiety is REAL and it makes symptoms much much worse. Started noticing twitchy hands and a rumbling type sensation in my muscles, especially my upper arms around my triceps. I notice most at night, exactly when I want to sleep and switch. I know it's far, far more likely to be a consequence of months of poor sleep, stress, switching from a super active lifestyle to being sedentary, and also the change in season (I always struggle more in the winter). Still, the symptoms are scary. Been referred to a neurologist, but trying my best in the meantime to stay positive, make positive decisions, and be disciplined with my mindset and not catastrophising, although it is hard, especially as panic attacks come out of nowhere.

A huge part of my health anxiety is not death itself, but ‘what happens to me if’ I get ____, then how do I work, survive, financially take care of myself, etc. if that makes sense. It’s so hard to not let your mind go there 🥹
