Thank you so much for your videos. Thank you for posting them cause thanks to you I know there is someone who went through similar experience to mine (I know there a many many more but you are real person I can see and listen to). Thank you for validating what's happening with me (most of my family didn't believe me and I am guessing some still don't). So once again thank you ang God Bless You!

So interesting... I was diagnosed with depression almost 3 years ago and have been treated for it. And tried to get out from my state of no energy and no motivation as it's recommended for depression. You know, behavioral activation thing, planning every hour of my day, forcing myself to go out and socialize. It never worked, after one or two good days I would crash even more severely. I thought what's wrong with me that what helps others with depression doesn't work for me? Relatives also kept saying things like "just get up and do your life, exercise" and so on. I've been pushing myself all this time and I made it thousands times worse... Now I'm in a deep hole and have to surrender. Finally...

Love this video so much, especially the part to do the discipline of doing less. One time I think you said something to the effect that even if you think you feel 100% hold back 50% of it. This is especially hitting home for me as I just entered my first setback in probably a year and it was because I prematurely worked out too hard for a couple of months. One thing to note for those waking up in the night… if you’re waking up anywhere close to between 1-3 am it’s because you’re hungry. Eat something with some protein, fat, and really solid carbs. I also recommend eating yogurt, honey and berries before bed each night. This will help you sleep more.

i have found just laying down for a bit and deep breathing makes me feel more energized to get up and do more things..I am definitley more relaxed now that I know what is going on and not to fight the rush..

Eating hot foods and the sensation of heat trigger my anxiety as well so i avoided eating them. It was a challenge but eventually exposing myself to this trigger helped. I also experience waking up between 2 to 3 am, it's the overthinking or the what if thoughts that scares me a lot. And sometimes it will lead to panic attacks, and having a loved one right beside you really helps a lot. Especially the hugs/touch that can really be reassuring. Most of the time when i think i just can't do it anymore i pray to my God and just give all the load for Him to carry. Imagery of nature shallow river, just freshly flowing, thinking it's taking down all my anxiety with it, also helps me get back to sleep. I hope we all fully recover❤ thanks for your vids Jaden

Michael Platt mentions taking some mct oil before bed..or a small snack may help because it could be your brain looking for energy..

Yeah, u know I suffered with extreme insomnia for decades, social anxiety, self esteem. The insomnia where I was jerking awake went into blocks of months, the worst lasting a solid 9 months. I became frighteningly ill during this. When I emerged having done much psychological work, after a few weeks I came down with severe pains that moved around my body. Then severe virtigo & tinnitus. I tried to stay calm, got them looked into but the stress of it dragged me back to insomnia. Another 4 month stint, got extremely ill mentally & physically, v scary. Could weather it better younger but middle age, no way. Anyway after a major breakthrough using mindfulness, touch wood I am free. My sleep is fantastic, been 3 months. The pains showed up again but gradually faded. I am now hit with kidney/bladder issues and utter exhaustion. Tend to think it;s all nothing to me compared to sleep deprivation but never the less, this is almost debiitating. I am coming to realise it is the burn out, as you say. Makes total sense. Gotta ride it through and be very very kind. I am not going back to that way worse hell where the thoughts just tear us apart and anxiety rules but our poor bodies need a lot of time and love to catch up. Thanks so!!!

What did you use to get better? Most of my symptoms get better but I have burning stabbing pains all over intermittently. If I could get this under control then I'm getting far

@@lisachaillet I think you have to get them checked then let them play out. I feel the body lags behind our mind's recovery and will throw up these physical pains & imbalances until everything settles. Keep putting space between yourself and worry, it gets easier. I like Anxiety Guy too and meditation etc. All best :)

Thank you so much Jayden. Like other people have said you’ve saved me on multiple crashes. Can I ask did you ever get freaked out at the thought of the future? I have such a weird phobia of winter 😂. I’ve been in this 2 years and keep crashing after Covid / viruses. Is this normal?

I wonder, don't you feel re-traumatized a bit by having to make more videos about your entire experience? How did you manage to deal with the outbursts of cycling rage spiraling at night where you couldn't stop thinking and feeding the trauma?

Hi Jayden did you have any problems when having sex or masterbation during your worst adrenal fatigue times? I think I masterbated too much and burned out my adrenal glands because Everytime I would ejaculate I would get a racing heart and anxiety and also now I can't even seeing anything stimulating like porn cause I get adrenaline rushes. I hope this makes sense and it's part of adrenal fatigue? Did you experience anything like this and if so please give us good news that we can recover
