So my concern is if I'm on multiple platforms.. I'm wondering how I would keep my prices all the same if I drop prices in this form. I don't think there's an easy way to do it on mercari or Facebook but I can see why you stick with eBay and Poshmark now cuz it's easier to manage the prices between both. I really want to be able to drop prices but I just feel like it's weird if I have it at one price on one platform and a different price on another not sure of a way to keep a uniformed across all platforms..

My prices are slightly higher on Poshmark to account for offers. I use a % price drop to ensure they drop relatively the same amount. I'm not sure how price dropping works on Mercari anymore but you used to have to edit each listing.

Have you used promotions to drop prices? I find it easier since I can just choose a days listed range 91-180 mark down 10% 180-270 down 15% and so on. I also like that you can schedule the promotions in advance so toward the end of June I can already have the promotions ready to start at midnight on July 1st.

We have promotions going on in the background in addition to dropping the prices. I haven't considered using it like that but maybe I'll try it!

3000 items 😳 on eBay, do you not end stale listings and create them again to see if the item sells? I do, so ebay doesn’t tell me the true start date

So just to clarify, you do not use the end listing, sell similar method at all? I have been doing this just before items are about to be automatically relisted by ebay at the end of 30 days. This is when I typically tweak the price or title if needed… but to do it your method I don’t think ending and selling similar would work because now the item appears to be a new item, rather than a 30+ day old item.. I think I’ll give your method a try and see how it works for me. Thank you!

No. My goal is to move items that aren't selling. Most of the time if they aren't moving it's because it's priced too high.

You've got to use your desktop and you don't have to leave it open but you just can't let it go into a deep sleep. My screen turns off but I turned off the deep sleep setting

On your active listings page i noticed you can sort by how long the item has been listed. When i do that the listings only sort from 0 to 30 days no matter how long ago i actually posted it. Is there a way to change this to see when it was actually originally posted like on yours?

Hi! We filter by start date. Depending on how many listings you have, you may have multiple pages to view. If you do not see the column start date, you may have to customize the table to see the option.

I love your tips and going to start implementing them for my store. Do you just let ebay auto relist your items after 30 days? Do you ever have to pay insertion fees? I hover around 1000 items so sometimes I end up paying insertion fees which I hate doing. I am considering opening up a second store to prevent paying.

Yes, I just let them auto relist. And yes, we have over 5k items in the store so we pay insertion fees every month. I choose to keep everything in one store because I think it would be too much to deal with shipping between 2 and I'm not sure how much money I'd end up saving in the long run. Hope this helps!

Click on “customize table” on the upper right hand side and you can add the “start date” column. You can add or delete other columns as well!

Another great idea for a video is a live on the app on what you type on to search. I know you showed this before and I have been putting the filters in but I am just doubting how specific to get on searching the title.. Sometimes I will have a 100 percent sell Thru rate but it is like a 2:2 ratio..

I don't participate in every closet clear out. I hardly ever participate in the Poshmark events but I do try to drop prices on one of the closet clear out days. I need to be better about it. You could definitely use PosherVA on those days to lower prices and even increase them again after the event.

@@cayleyelaine thanks for responding. If you do a closet clear out and use posherva to reduce 10% of the historical and then raise the price afterwards. Then say next week you do it again because your item didn’t sell will you be reducing the price by 20% since it’s off the historical price. Do you do closet clear out on all likers Or just over 90 days?
