Hi Kerry. I am the proud owner of some of your beautiful coloured cheese cloth which my happy hoarder's heart finally let loose today and used a small portion. Loved watching your process and it took me back to it seems another lifetime when I played with dyes, so I appreciate the effort that you put into creating your lovely fabrics and I doubly appreciate the fact they are so affordable. Hi Kerry. I used to dye fabrics and threads with Procion dyes years ago when i was teaching an embroidery and design course here in the UK. I used to use the spent procion dye on paper so as not to waste it. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Sue ❤

Love how you do your fabrics and the awesome earthy tones you get. I have been having fun using the cheesecloth and enjoy being able to pick so many different colours from the one piece for my embellishements 🙂

Thank you for doing this video. I have only used natural dyes so far & haven’t been game to try the Rit dyes I have yet. Now I feel like I can give it a go. I love that soda ash in the supermarket is called electric ash or washing soda here - thank you!! I’ve been using milk & other alternatives, but I just want proper soda ash & couldn’t find it here is Australia. Great to know & fabulous video!

This was really helpful! I would love to buy some and I have a few goodies in my shopping cart. But the shipping is almost 1 1/2 times my order.😢 hopefully the shipping cost will go down soon. Thanks, Shipping is kinda outrageous, but we do have some free shipping options both within Australia and for orders from Overseas, maybe you and some crafty friends might want to place and order together to take advantage of the free shipping :) Dyeing can be alot of work, but i just love playing with the colors , thanks for watching.
