UPDATE (PLEASE READ): After a week of publishing this vlog, Rev stopped accepting applications from freelancers coming from the PH (due to surge in applications)! I did not use VPN. I really felt bad too, but my earlier viewers were able to apply. That is the purpose of my other vlog here • No client / No proposa... and • 5 Non Voice Freelancin... to make up for this vlog because I felt bad that I was recommending an online job that already closed :(
When I was able to enter Rev, sinabihan ko lahat ng family and friends ko and I encouraged them all to apply. Nag apply yung dalawang sisters ko pero wala pang reply. Yung isang friend ko naman ay rejected. Yun lang po ang purpose ko, para magtulungan tayo kumita ng pera. I hope maintindihan niyo na wala akong control sa pagclose ng Rev ng applications nila. Again, pasensya na po.

I work for Rev and that’s not the usual amount people make. Jobs come and go super quickly, and when you first begin you have to take small, short projects (due to grading, and not screwing up your metrics) and you make just cents per video in the beginning. It takes a long time to get good.

That's viable. Kaso if newbie palang na transcriber, there are very limited na transcription jobs na maayos and audio. Mostly pangit ang audio. Tapos dapat naka bantay ka sa website para makuha mo agad yung maayos na audio, if not, yung matitira nalang is yung halos inaudible na and with heavy accents pa. 😩
