Amazing videos, hope you make some more one day. If you’re interested in further exploring the duality you referred to, look into Taoism, I think it might really resonate with you.

Undiagnosed ADHD is 🤧. I also got diagnosed last year (2021), my home country descended into bloody chaos, and lost my dad to COVID. But I also learned (I think??) quite a lot. Hopefully we all will have a better year in 2022.

Wow Ty, that gave me all the feels. So beautifully open and real. Thankyou for sharing. I’m also a fellow brain and get obsessively into something and over it. It’s amazing, it’s just how we are wired. Such a beautiful way to recap your year. I hope you have a wonderful 2022.

I know it's annoying to get really simple marshmallow comments like "good video." But I really really enjoyed this video.

Hey man ❤ Thank you for your beautiful message ❤️ What you've done with this channel is a beautiful thing. I know you haven't posted for a quick while.. but.. I know how it is.. I'm just happy that I stumbled upon your channel and saw your videos. Thank you for your contribution ❤️ And by the way, I have ADHD too, and it's nice to feel like you are not alone in this struggle, especially with the side effects of the medication. If you ever find a solution for the come down after the dreaded afternoon hour, I would love for you to post about that. ❤

This resonated a lot with me dude. I'm 32 and am just going through the process of getting officially diagnosed. I've enjoyed your videos. I would like to know why you are no longer LDS. I'm protestant, just wondering. Keep it up man. Here's to doing a little better than last year!

Oh thats awesome! I hope the diagnosing process goes well for you! And thats a good question! There was many reasons. Some of the big ones is the historical issues with the founder of the church, up till the current leaders of the church. My brother also came out as gay and the church is not great to its LGBTQ members and I couldn't keep supporting it. Thanks for asking! I hope that was helpful!

It's not failing you did the thing and moved on to something else. It's ADHD we have many ideas and go out and hyperfocus on them and then randomly get bored. It'd just how it is ha!
@bridgetteblueeyesandgoodvi38532 жыл бұрын
Yes about leaving your religion I would like to know more about that . I believe that you can still believe in God but not attend a church . There are many churches in the world that you can find. People say christian people are bad cops are bad yes yes but those people are showing Christian people in the most horrible way. Not every christian is a bad person. But again God knows your heart and mind so go ahead have your own relationship with him.

You faild on uploading next video 😅 But someone who have same problems, but I didn't went to doctor to make my diagnoses.. i unterstand. I can't say I become an expert, but I have few tips, first of all if you have many things in mind, you have to write everything down, and then you will not care of whatever you thought before because it's written down. That way you "clean your mind". Second, you have to manage what you wrote down. So you organized in categories, for example "work, free time work, life, fun (stupid thing like watching video)". For example you put "work" every working day, "free time" maybe on saturday and sunday. "Fun" when you do something today and you are tired so you want something to do, you start with "fun" like "watching youtube" and then you start updating list to be more useful like "read 20 pages of book". So now when you have caterogries in in there what to do for every of them, an ideas, and know when to do it.. it is like having a plan for every category, and it is. Next thing is from every category to have tasks for today, so every time when you know you have to use "work" category, you see the plan, and then you go to next page to see tasks for today and update a list. It maybe looks little complicated, but I am using microsoft onenote and you can do everything in there. You can create notebooks, section, pages, links from one to another page in notebook.. My main problem was this basic structure so I could know what to do. And for AHDH everyone says you have to have a "bullet list" of thasks. So in a way you have list of categories that you have to do, and in every that category you have ther plan and in that plan you can go to today tasks for that category. It is following you what to do and you can be more focused. If you are lost, you just start from first page when you see today tasks / categories that you have to do. This doesn't looks so clean what I said but It should be good start.

I forgot to mention, to keep your mind clean during a day, keep using headphones and play focus music (no words, just music).
