The last tip was so good. I related so much with your situation. I am currently going through it right now and if I don't get over this auto pilot mode, I might loose my opportunity to get into one of the best colleges and end up somewhere I don't want to be. I'll definitely try to follow these steps. Thank you so much.

My most useful tool has been an apple watch. I use alarms for everything from meds to checking the laundry

i also try the alarm method, but sadly the alarm goes off then i’m annoyed by it, turn it off, continue doing whatever i’m doing, and forget about whatever the alarm was reminding me about 😂

I resonate SO much with this video and am definitely going to implement these tips! Loved that you touched on the importance of taking it easy- I find that it allows me to get perspective, check in with how I am doing and act more intentionally. Look forward to more of your videos!

It may work for some, but I'd rather not drug myself just to get by in society. I'd rather come up with/learn effective strategies
