For the change to will into existence, I think it would be good for me to *consistently* engage in healthy habits and exercise, to help better myself, in general. There's some groups of people who feel sorta hopeless about getting towards a better place and don't do much to help themselves, BUT on the other side of that there's those who try to stay bright and strive to maintain a healthy uplifting lifestyle to keep the growth mindset and enjoy what makes life great.
