I absolutely believe you are placed here from summer positive whether it's God or nature. Question. What would you recommend as a complete rundown of course the healthy eating but vitamins do you recommend all of the vitamins that you sell every day? Also do you have a planner of some sort that tells you when to take them? Because I do know a lot of my vitamins weren't working and I was advised you have to take them at certain times and not with certain things or foods. So confusing and I need help
