I am VERY sensitive to seasonal and weather changes but never knew why. No one could ever understand when I’d try to explain. I live where we have four seasons but I’m most content and have more energy in the fall and winter. I love thunderstorms and rainy days. I really enjoyed listening to someone who seems to truly understand. I’m 64 and have felt this way my whole life

All this coaches telling you for years you can have it all, be successful, have a purpose in life you have to fulfil implying only a quiet slow life is a failure and you are lazy not wanting to leave your comfortzone. Yes, I HAVE a comfortzone, and it took me years to recognize I have to STAY in it in order to be healthy and not ruining my life. For years I tried so hard to make a business out of my interests but didn't succeed. Just because I am an indoor-person, public is draining me out. And finally I can enjoy this way of life.

I don't think there are people out there that never think about their past and their choices which let to where they are. It's normal to ponder and sometimes to regret some things in your past. That said it's also pointless to dwell on those thoughts or ideas as the only time you have control over is now. We only have 'now' so should make the most of it. :) I'm glad that you made the choices you made (sure, sure, I'm biased) since they led to you making amazing videos as this one! Do what your heart desires and want to let you know that you're amazing!

Such an interesting video; like you, I'm meteosensitive and have always had a sensitivity to the weather. Having spent 30 years of my professional life at sea as a doctor, latterly a naval surgeon, my moods darkened when my ship battled stormy weather. To counteract my plunging mood I'd take cover in a book and get lost in the story, or I'd play chess with a fellow officer. Now I am retired early, my life revolves around raising my daughters including an adopted teen girl, and I know I am very loved though some of my girls experience hard times; I'm there for them. Feeling loved has helped through difficult times. Oh, and I am the worst patient! 😆 Thank you so much for sharing your deep feelings. And the beautiful filming of the countryside; the seasons. @@IamDaria I've traveled the world, terrible storms at sea, but loved my crew, many which acted like kind brothers. In all the warships I've worked in, everyone was responsible to each other; imagine a close-knit family at sea, but working to defend the lives of all in the UK. I miss them all. But it's great being home and being mum to 4 daughters, inc 1 whom was adopted. Happy girls, happy mum and God bless you, too! ❤
