I can't tell you how much this helped me! I bought the lelit anna used and had no idea the steam wand had a removable sleeve. Removing this sleeve and following your pitcher position I can finally get my milk to vortex!

Se può servire: ... da quando ho la PL41EM ho sempre montato il latte (intero e freddo) col pannerello. Ultimamente, però, sto prendendo la mano anche senza. Ci sono un paio di accorgimenti da seguire: mantenere il bricco inclinato verso dietro (come mostrato dal video); tenere la punta della lancia immersa di 1 o 2 mm nel latte (in posizione di ore 7 a circa 1cm dalla parete del bricco); inclinare il bricco in modo di creare un vortice. Tenendo la punta vicino alla superficie si monta il latte e quindi si forma la cremina. Immergendo di più la punta non si monta più ma si aumenta la temperatura del latte. Io chiudo la manopola del vapore quando non riesco più a tenere la mano sul bricco x il calore. Col pannerello si forma una schiuma con bolle piuttosto grandi, mentre senza pannerello si forma una bella cremina di microbolle. 😎

I do not have this chance with my Lelit Anna PL41EM. The frothed milk is rarely firm. I have not a good steam pressure, and the nozzle tips (threaded) becomes loose and leaks. And récently I even have leaks from the connection tube to the body and regularly there is overpressure that exhaust from the machine it is very messy.

So truly sorry to hear your experience. I really think understanding your machine is very important. This is a very super basic machine with super affordable price, so you gotta set your expectation right as well

Thank you! Can you give me advise please, how to properly make two cups of cappuccino with this machine, at same time, for example we wake up and want to drink same time two cups cappuccino with each other. I know the boiler is 250 ml, and different tempratures from espresso/steaming milk, waiting for heating and cooldown can be annoying maybe, so how to make it wright for the drink and for the machine..?

Make 2 shots of espresso first then froth milk for 2 cups

Hello, I found an explanation someone gave in a facebook group you are in about a year ago that demonstrated a way to preinfuse with the Lelit Anna. I found their directions a bit unclear for a beginner. You said you would make a youtube video about it but I could not find it. Is it worth doing? Could you show us this?

Hi there basically while brewing you could open steam knob and let water comes out, this way you actually reduce water that going to grouphead therefore less pressure. However this machine only have about 125ml hot water inside boilef so you can't really do pressure adjustment too long

What kind of milk do you use? I use a 1.5% fat and I cannot make a foam out of the milk, the machine just warms the milk..

Hi there could be something wrong with your machine, please consult with your distributor. I'm using a normal typical fresh milk without the word "skim" or "low fat".

Use whole milk, around 3.5%

Hi sorry i'm not very familiar with milk fat content, but i had tried oatmilk and it works just fine. Basically you have to give it more air in the beginning, after that let it cool down for awhile before proceed with pouring

Hi!! This steam pressure looks so steady for long time. I have a Anna PL41TEM with PID and when is ready to steam and I start the pressure runs out very quickly and drops the temperature down a lot. Then it starts to heat again and builds up the pressure but its too late to froth the milk, its already hot. Its annoying. Do you have any tip for this? Thanks for all your content!!!

Hi hi... you can try to start steaming before the temperature reach its maximum. So basically when you switch to steam mode it will slowly go up to about 130 degrees, try steaming around 125 and see how it goes

hi using the cover i find milk to be too foamy bubbly. without you can get silky paint like result
