Hello! Why is the manual operation different to this one? the one in the manual is much simpler. I followed that set of instructions but I see that I should have done things differently

Sometimes these machines come with an air bubble stuck in their pump, So the machine won't pump any water from the tank. The main sympotom for this, is you hear the pump working, but no water or steam comming out of either outlets of the machine. Don't panic! You can push this air bubble using a baster (a big one, preferably) filled with water by passing water into the longer tube while the machine is trying to pump the water. After passing the water manually, stop the machine, return the tube into the tank in order to not create another air blockage. IMPORTANT: Make sure you to this while the tube and the baster are not above the machine body.

una volta riempito il boiler resta pieno di acqua, controlli il manuale istruzioni per il corretto uso o per maggiori informazioni contatti il suo rivenditore o scriva a [e-mail] !

I just got my Lelit Anna (pid version) and the water from the grouphead comes out really really weak... Not anything close to what i see in this video . I filled the boiler from the steam wand as instructed but when i switch to coffee mode and try to get water from the grouphead only a few drops at a time come out not even enough to create 2 streams of water from the portafilter. Anyone can help?
