Hey Mike, hope all is well. I’ve watched you when I first seeked out to join msc about 1year and half ago but when I was offered to work on deck, I chickened out and didn’t go. Well they wanted me to get more testing and just didn’t do it. So Now I’m really ready. Ive started again. How long do you think it will take to be considered again. And now they are not hiring for any entry so I just applied to something just to apply.

Women get treated fine as long as you pull your weight and don't cause issues. I dont ever see any real issues tbh
