I am also a big lash girl, and I also use the l'oreal voluminous lash paradise mascara and tight line my eyes everyday. I really like the rimmel scandaleyes waterproof kohl kajal eyeliner, but make sure you use the one you have to sharpen because the retractable one isn't the same formula and it smuges everywhere.

i had the same problem with eyeliner transferring. the only eyeliner that i can swear by and never transfers is the Revlon colorstay eyeliner. Seriously the BESTTT!!!
