If my calculations are correct, at the Delirium fight he had approximately 21613 dps. As he had 16 luck, Apple was working on every tear, so usual tears dps is already: 84.54(dmg stat)*27.27(tears stat, which is tps)*4(Apple multiplier)=9221.6232 Then we count Bird's Eye. According to the wiki, at 16 luck it has 50% chance to shoot a fire that deals 4x, 3x, 2x Isaac's damage subsequently. So, if 4x and 3x damahe is dealt (we won't count 2x, because Delirium constantly teleports) we have: 1/2(chance)*84.54(dmg)*27.27(tears)*4(multiplier) = 4610.8116 1/2(chance)*84.54(dmg)*27.27(tears)*3(multiplier) = 3458.1087 Then, as he had Bookworm, 25% of the time he shoots 2 tears at once, so we multiply the dps by 1.25: (9221.6232+4610.8116+3458.1087)*1.25 = 21613.179375 I hope, I was counting correctly, if not, feel free to point at my mistakes)

if you want to learn more, i highly recommend watching hutts' stream vods here on youtube :) he stops to read chat and donos a lot, but he also shares what some items do and some of the unique synergies you can get. imo, he and lavencas are the best isaac content creators (i would include rage gaming videos, but he stopped making them a very long time ago)

Tainted Lost has no HP, so he dies in 1 hit always. In exchange, he gets way better items: HP ups and most defensive items can't drop, so you get way more of your other stats. Additionally, there's a chance for any card drop to turn into a Holy Card, which provides a shield that blocks the next instance of damage.

What I don't understand is why don't you pick up the first key piece for the bonus angel room chance, and then reroll keys from there? You'll get more Angel rooms and therefore more opportunities to reroll that way.

ok bro, the new soymilk+brimstone synergy changes make it totally worth it, it makes it so that when you have brimstone and soymilk, after a cetrain minimum your tears stat affects the damage and size of your brimstone laser, to the point that it becomes much more worth it to take tears ups rather than damage ups when you have brim+soy for how efficient it is

For those curious how to find the numbers im getting, Im doing the equation of ((N-L)/L) x 100 (Where N = new number, L = old number) to get the percent's, and a simple N/L to get the multiplier. Im also putting the new and old numbers so that you dont need to check the video to see the numbers at all. I was surprised to see the fire rate got the highest cut of the bunch, spoilers. Speed: (Before): 2 (After): 1.35 A 32.5% decrease, or a .675 multiplier Fire rate: (Before): 44 (After):79.57 A 80.84-09(repeating)% increase, Or because thats far too long a number, a 1.808409091 multiplier (Roughly) Damage: (Before):3.04 (After): 5.05 A 66.118421056% increase, or a 1.66118421 multiplier (Again, roughly.) Hey, I know I posted a comment recently about posting more average runs and I know why you said those wouldnt be watched, but would you say something different about something of a "struggle" run? Where the stars are not alignining, you keep getting into harder floors without comfortably powerful, but you still push forward and forward despite negative odds. Something like the Northernlion's dry baby run, where it's not the typical "what op synergy will we get this time" and instead "will he survive, he's so close to winning, please dont die". Not meaning the "generic" runs, where a win is not too hard and there's nothing too crazy going on
