If it was Wolverine trading then you really hit the jackpot for that internship. People I know loved it and they have pretty low turnover.

This really helped alot, Thank you But what type of skills helped you get your internship in your sophomore year
@Sayhyuun2 жыл бұрын
hmm when you say skills, are you referring to like programming skills? If so, I’d say things like understanding data structures and algorithms and having a high level understanding of how things like front-end and back-end development work to setup an application.

What would u recommend if you’re a junior in college right now, it’s a bit late (nov) 😢 - should i wait till the spring when recruiting picks up again? How does the process change?
@Sayhyuun2 жыл бұрын
I would keep applying from now through the spring :) The reason is internships have limited spots, some people drop out and some people turn down offers so the longer you wait the more those spots are filled up. Even if a recruiter reaches out to you and they run out of spots for internships, you can contact that recruiter directly next year for a full-time position! I did that many times. Best of luck!

is it easier to transfer to a better school after the first year if your high school grades aren’t that great?
@Sayhyuun2 жыл бұрын
yeah i would say so. i’ve had a handful of people i know all do something similar after their first or second year.

@gac57002 жыл бұрын
@@orgaynigga8425 keep in mind that college courses will be a lot more difficult and you'll need to make sure you can handle the workload.
