It was by the grace of God I never contracted anything. I was reckless my whole teens, 20's and half of my 30's... The anxiety caused by living that way and dreading every test was absolutely crazy in hindsight. Its even less safe out here now.

You dont just stop taking your medication or refuse going to the clinic guys,satan is really at work here,we need to pray very hard for these people to be strong and see life in a really positive way.these people go through a lot rite from their homes,neighbours,nurses at clinics and then they decides to just give up.lets put them all in out prayers they'll survive

Protection is your sole responsibility. Do not leave it to anyone. Disclosing your status is a personal choice. And by the way, the virus in her body is undetectable, she can not pass it on to anyone, for as long as she adheres to taking her meds.

Hearing you are hiv positive the first time is traumatizing I know the feeling and damn I cried even the social worker was finding it difficult to talk to me I couldn't hear a thing but I'm still alive 13 years later. That life I saw crashing down before my eyes is now in the past

Also your story I know will help our inexperienced youth who because of frontal lobe development not being complete make decisions that can affect them the rest of their life.
