Sir I have kind of average academics I scored 68, 63, 60 percentage in my 10th, 12th and undergrad & then I did my MBA from a tier 3 university and worked for 2 years. Sir I have played state level football, won many competition during my school and college days. I have also done some certification. Sir I can't change my academic but now how can I improve my profile so that I can make into top business schools like ISB, LBS & other US b.schools for MBA

Yes, at least a year and your GMAT is working for 5 years.
