It’s called a conversion license so no exams or driving test is required. This is good for 5 years. Only a few LTO branches offer this. Cash will expedite the approval process.

In 3rd world countries, money solves most anything. That is a plus for 3rd world countries, you have money you take the short cuts, if you don't, your like this guy.

Got my licence 4 months ago. I only wanted to have my license same as the UK (car with manual or automatic). The senior guy in LTO rold me if I gave money I could have a motorbike and HGV licence, even though I am not qualified. No driving test needed, no eye test needed, only a blood pressure test! 😂 This is the Philippines! 😂

Easy I just went in paid a total of 9000 peso they printed me a student permit no medical no test then printed my regular license to me took a total of 3 hours

Do you worry about accidents? I've read that you can be arrested in an accident even if it's obviously not your fault...

Get a dashcam and always have a Filipino passenger. Or have someone accessible by phone.

That driving test is extremely easy.. If I compare this to my test in 2000 ,it's a doddle. I won't even mention motorcycle exams wich are even harder ....🫤
