Oh wow haha! I do legit the same thing for my status run but the opposite direction (sometimes Gold Coast instead of Brisbane)

Great video! I got Qantas gold after 2 return trips in business class to Dubai, which is quite easy too, for work! However I do not have status with velocity but do with sq.

Informative video Hugo! Congratulations on getting Qantas gold status! I only have silver status, but I also have ‘points club plus’ which gives me Qantas club lounge access as well - so it’s almost as good as being gold! Looking forward to your New Zealand trip reports!

Hi! Nice! I don't really have many tips sorry, but basically just be persistent, KZbin makes it quite difficult for smaller creators to grow. I hope that helps!

Yes a great review as I was an Ansett Airlines member of Golden Wing Club and Frequent Flyer Program 1991 until 2001. Lost all value after Ansett shut down as I had accumulated enough points for a free flight to Europe! What a loss but still have all cards documentation etc as memories! Don't keep all eggs in the same basket as one says! Lost it all. Keep up with your good work and be proud! Ansett 727:)

@@Aviation763 Yes it was very damaging and a loss well I have all paper and the card plus time table sent by post Ansett was a great high quality airline. Forget about Qantas Business Class as Ansett economy was hot meals and booze Boeing 727 days no joke! Fare dinkum! Three class service First, Business and Economy on the same jet. Ansett and TAA days domestic. Get stuffed Qantas, Virgin Australia, Jetstar and all the rest. The fare to fly today are too cheap catch train or a bus. Ansett 727.

Thank you! There isn’t really an age “requirement”. I would say basically anyone could have a successful KZbin channel, given enough dedication.

Well I take advantage of good deals, book in advance and it helps a lot that flying is the only thing I spend my money on. I also have very supportive parents :)

Yes, but you need a crazy amount. For example if you have 14,000 lifetime status credits then you get lifetime Qantas Gold.

FYI; Qantas Tier Acc Programs are no longer available and rumors are that its never going to be back | Only the Level 3 QBR Acc Program is available which is 200 SCs over 90 days but it needs about $10k spend on a QBR account to obtain Level 3 Honestly, I gave up on the QFF Program a long time ago, instead I went to British Airways and obtained 35,000 Tier Points which gave me Lifetime Gold (Oneworld Emerald) where on QF its 75,000 SCs | I am not working on my Lifetime SWISS Senator Status.
