Hello to all people who have issue with acne. I am 22 years old, and since I was little girl, I suddenly got horrendous acne covering my face. I tried all acne medications available but it was no good. I even tried many diets and advice but in the end i got some metabolism disorder and I ended up with even more acne. My last hope was to try special laser treatments and when that failed too, it seemed I will never find solution. Then I run across this page. It’s name is: *AcneCureOnline. Com* It was impossible to believe, and advice from this site helped me to cure acne! After only 7 days I had first results and after less than two months my skin was free of acne. All this thanks to secrets from this site

Girl you are gorgeous, and to the beautiful people reading this just want to mention the great use of probiotics and the link between your gut and skin. As a sufferer of Candida one of the biggest things I can reccomend is 1. DO NOT TAKE ANTIBIOTICS unless you reallllly need to and if you do really do need to replenish your gut with good bacteria. 2. Also don't be harsh with your skin and make sure you baby your skin barrier because then you will heal quicker and scar less often. 3. Check if you have Fungal Acne (Google F.C blog Simple skincare Science) 4.Please remember your holistic health is key, you are loved and you are a good person in your heart xx

Great tips! I am definitely going to try this out! I have struggled with cystic acne for 11 years now, and im currently on accutane so all the acne is gone, but now i have to deal with all the scarring.. could you make a video about how to remove acne scars? I can see that your scars have faded on your chin, so you must have done something that worked wonders for your skin. I would be really happy if you could have shown us what you did to get such great skin. Oh, and greetings from Norway. :)

Omg I can definitely agree with the cutting dairy/sugars/processed foods, and drinking LOTS of water (at least 8 glasses a day, maybe more if you exercise)! I've had hormonal acne since primary school, and finally in my last year of highschool I noticed I was lactose intollerant (so cut out dairy completely). Even with just the dairy alone cut out of my diet I've noticed a difference in my skin :) There was a lot less breakouts, and when I did have some, they weren't the painful ones anymore. Wonderful video! Love all the tips and tricks. Gonna have to try finding ways to lower stress now haha -thumbs up-

I almost giveup when my acne just getting worst. I used to have pimple when i reached puberty. But i was able to control it about a year later. My skin was clean and literally dont have any problems (eccept for eyebags of course. Late night studying 😣) and when i reach 18. I started to have back acne. I tried many ways and drink sooooo much to stay hidrated. But unfortunately it was getting worst and it gets up to my neck and chin. Maybe it was a mix with my stressful life as a student and now im 20 and my acne just getting more worse. Thanks for your advice. It gives me hope to achieve healthy skin again but i cannot afford many skincare product. So ill drink more water and have a great diet. Love you videos and you are such a beatiful person. I've known these tips even before watching this video but they actually work. Especially with dairy and staying hydrated. Ever since I cut out dairy from my diet, started drinking lots of water and using aloe vera gel on my face, my acne was gone. I still couldn't cope with stress but just cutting out dairy and drinking lots of water made a huge difference.

I went vegan, sugar and alcohol free for about 1 1/2 year and nothing changed, no products from all expensive skincare brands (f.e. Paulas Choice) have ever helped neither benzolperoxide. The only thing that got me rid off it was french pharmacy products and ''synthetic'' skincare without any natural ingredient (tea tree oil is the worst), I recommend the blog simple skincare science, that was like the only trustworthy resource i discovered lately. And look after the ingredients, try different things and wait a little to see how your skin reacts to it. For example I happen to find out that rose water, tea tree oil, shea butter, honey and any kind of essential oil (except sunflower) just lead to pimples, zits, cysts and rashes on me. Literally everything that I feel like everyone swears by went horrible on me. So watch out and find your own solution ! :-) PS: If you're in europe give the effaclar series from La Roche- Posay a try! It helped to diminish my acne by 90% in like 2-3 months

@rebekahgarcia5723
@rebekahgarcia5723 6 жыл бұрын
Joanne T So make sure your skin is freshly washed and exfoliated. The exfoliation helps get rid of the dead skin cells on the top layer and creats easier access underneath. Then you take what's called a lancet (tint little needle) and you poke it from a 45 degree angle to creat a small opening that way you're not popping the zit. When you pop it, it's forced to create an opening that can scar and hyperpigment. So using a lancet creates a small opening for you. Then when you squeeze don't go crazy, just go around the area not right on it and kind of wiggle it to get it out. Then afterwards you want to put some kind of antibacterial solution on it (tea tree oil, alchohol, salicylic acid) and continue with the rest of you skin care steps.

Also what is good for pimples (in general) is to change your pillowcase often. Like, after 1-2 nights I switch the pillow to the other side (180 degree turn, not inside out ;P) and then after another 1-2 nights the pillowcase goes to the laundry~ :) And I agree on the dairy thing - helped me a lot.

Hello! New subscriber here. Really loving the honest and practical vibe of your videos. As a fellow PCOS-sufferer, you give me hope it can be cured naturally! Would love for you to talk a bit more about how you handled it. Most docs put you on the pill but bec. of other health reasons I'm wary about going on it again. May I know if you were also pill-free in addition to the lifestyle changes you made to handle your PCOS naturally? And what kinds of supplements helped?

Hii there! I’ll talk more in depth about it in a video but yes I was put on the pill but after three months of no improvement I decided to stop and go all natural and that was the best decision!!

Caro try mix olive oil , honey and cinnamon powder (opt. Lemon) each 1/2 to 1 tsp. Apply for 15-60 min and rinse your face with warm water and then cold water then message your face with ice . It works for me :))

Caro I just bought that Aztec clay mask that was hyped a while back. On amazon it’s like $8. It’s definitely cleared out my pores so well! I’ve only used it for a week but I’ve noticed such a difference

grease your face with vaseline. With external oil on your face, your own skin produces less sebum, which should lead to fewer sebum plugs that turn into blackheads.

What I hate about having pimples and zits is when people just point out the fact you have a pimple when you already know it, it just makes my selfesteem so low and I always get depressed by it 😞

Wow my skins for now is so much simular with your skin of high school and college! I am struggling with my acne of chin now and actually it wasn't that bad when I was in high school but after I got old and it got much worse , I didn't know why, but I think I don't go out and just living in my bed everyday, eat so much processed food unlike my young age. the reason of getting acne is so simple. it's because I don't workout. haha I will try hard not to be lazy ㅠㅠ
