The best for your hair is fresh nutrition. Don't eat sugar and trans fat and don't eat process food. Breakfast eat 2 fried eggs with parsley and garlic fry the eggs with blue band or becel 100 percent vegetable oil with vitamins A, D, E. Then take one tablet of B complex and one tablet of zinc. Eat fruits with vitamin C and eat vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, avocado and more. Drink blueberry juice with lemon 1 time a day and with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the juice. Eat good sugar like stevia dates, honey in moderation. Temporarily eat chicken and oily fish such as mackerel and sardine and natural salmon. And fry with the Blue Band vegetables oil or avocado oil or cook with the Air Fryer. I am an international award winning author of a photography book. I have hair fertilizer and a bottle of every oil you can name mixed together. I have clove water sitting right now. I’m going to mixed the hair fertilizer with some oil and use clove water. I’ve been taking Geritol and a multivitamin, drinking more water and green tea. My edges definitely need this, plus some.

You're so sweet and humble....asking for tips too. Me I've got a small bottle ofginger/onion juice mixed with rosemary/vitamin C oil DIY. I springle and l cement with hair fertiliser. Just started 2 weeks ago. Good thing onion smell is masked by hair fertiliser so I'm okay with that. I do morning and night time. Some days I sleep with a shower cap if I've just washed my cornrows. Don't stain pillows and sheets.... rather put a towel over your pillow and put over a silk bonnet every night.
