The hair on my head started thinning significantly following an extremely stressfull time in my life. So, I myself researched the internet & decided to experiment with a hair oil called litttleextra coocoonion and a comb made of neem wood. It really truly made a difference. Now, I have long, thick, black hair which has reached my waist & cut off three times after I began using it. Simple and good. Also, equally good is rubbing the scalp - it stimulates the growth. You only need to do this weekly. Before long, you will see short hairs starting to grow.

Fantastic hair oil, shampoo, and hair conditioner by Littlllextra Cocoonion. It reduces hair fall and enhances hair's shine, leaving hair looking smooth and silky after use. The quality is excellent and it really helps to keep my hair nourished all the time. Overall, a wonderful experience and it offers great value for money.

For those who're wondering why his hair degraded before it got better, hair shedding is a normal part of the process because just like follicle miniaturization, the bulk of the progress happens during the telogen to anagen phase transition, when old follicles die and are replaced by new ones. The shedding can be more or less visible depending on how synchronized your hair follicles are so there's nothing to worry about 😉

@@ghosttemplate1508 Probably because your hair loss hadn't stabilized yet and ended up outpacing the effects of minoxidil. That factor probably compounded with an insufficient response to minoxidil to begin with. I'd recommend applying topical tretinoin (once daily 1hr to 30 mins before bedtime when the lights are off) to increase your response to minoxidil, weekly microneedling at 1.5mm to promote additional growth factors in your scalp and last but not least, a 5-ar inhibitor like finasteride or dutasteride to curtail the rate of hair miniaturization. There are even more powerful and brutal treatments you could try outside of a transplant but I don't feel comfortable mentioning those to someone who didn't seem to find a better protocol than minoxidil for at least 1.5 years... no offense. You cannot attack hair loss willy-nilly and expect to wing it in the long term. You need a plan that covers every angle and a lot of discipline (what most people actually lack). Minoxidil-only is definitely not a plan. Hope that helps 👍

I started Hims 1mg Finasteride and Minoxidil Rogaine extra strength 5 mg back in December. I was taking my finasteride 1mg pill every morning and Rogaine twice a day, morning and evening. I experienced a little insomnia, erectile dysfunction and a much lower libido. But the doctor told me to cut the dosage to every other day for the finasteride and once a day for the Rogaine. And that has helped tremendously with the side effects. You're going to shed and that's a good indicator it's working because your hair has a 3 month cycle anyway. My crown is filling in and it's much thicker up front. So don't stress, it's all part of the process. And maintain a healthy diet and get fresh air. Stressing was one of my main triggers in speeding up the thinning process. I also invested in a derma roller and that has been a huge game changer as well.

My biggest recommendation for all you kings with hairloss, get your thyroid checked. That was one of my issues that led to rapid hair loss. It's a simple blood test, if you don't have enough of that hormone or too much, there is an extremely long list of side affects, like weight gain and things, but on the topic of this video, it causes hair loss. I was undiagnosed for about 3 years when it went bad, and I'm now on my hair regrowth journey. My recommendation, since anything medical is expensive, look at the list of side affects, if you think that pertains to you, please get a blood test and check for thyroids.

I’m 18 and I’ve been seeing my hair thinning, obviously it sucks so much that this is something that we even need to worry about when it’s something other people don’t even think about. I can relate to just struggling so much with how I feel just because of my hair, when I know I shouldn’t be since I have so many things to be grateful for and a great life and life is such a beautiful thing. I went through a really bad few months where everyday was horrible, buts it’s been getting better, I told myself I could get through it, and yes my hair is still the same but I have the confidence to push through it and get to where I want with it. And I hope that can inspire that in you. I know it is hard to always feel confident or even good about it, but start with telling yourself I can get through this, and remember all of the things you’ve pushed through before. Have faith it will be able to get better and it will. I’ve put a lot of care and research into figuring out what’s best for me and I know you can do the same. I know It’s tough, but you know how much it means to you, so I know you’ll be able to figure out what is best for you to do, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. At this age it isn’t something we should have to deal with just on our own. And just know, with faith and discipline, it WILL get better, and remember, nobody gets to tell you what you should do about your appearance since at the end of the day, as long as you are making safe and healthy choices, you are the one who knows what will make you feel confident, happy and be able to get by.

How does hair grow back if it's disappeared from the scalp? Don't you need a hair transplant first?
@mauriciomalagon52854 жыл бұрын
No the hair follicles don't die, they only shrink due to over calcification of the scalp or better described calcification of the capillaries that feed the follicles with blood and nutrients. If you can get blood supply into these follicles they will reanimate and begin the hair growing process again. That's what minoxidil can do by dilating the blood vessels, or by vigourous massage...see my channel "mauric99".

If anyone reading this wants to help stop hair fall from a dietary standpoint, stop consuming all processed vegetable and seed oils like canola, soy, sunflower, corn, cottonseed oils. There's research going back to late 1800s that these oils can cause hair fall not only on the head but all over the body. P.S. I'm the only male in my family (both sides) that has an almost full head of hair. I'm in my 40's. Everyone else lost the majority of theirs well before their 40's.

Locust&WildHoney hey man. I just saw your video and I am inspired. I have noticed hairloss over the years but recently I have noticed my hairline is now really messed up. I used to be able to hide it due to the thickness of my hair, but I can no longer do that. If you’re okay with it, please email me exactly what you did and what you took. What program, etc. My email is darylvalrabe@yahoo.ca I appreciate your help and the incredible testimony man! God bless!
