You really did a good job of pointing out the value of your lesson on losing in an investment. You really only lost if you walked away without learning a lesson. It may have saved you a giant loss later on. Great video.

When I started investing (2022) was quite unlucky since the stock market was crashing due to Russia Ukraine war.. Plus on top of that I diversified my stocks way too much.. I gathered over 500 different stocks which didn't end well.. I made a loss but changed my strategy at the end of 2023 and now I've fully recovered from the loss and on top of that Im 5% in profit! :D

I want to thank you for the information you provide. Sometimes I'm afraid to invest, fearing to lose everything I've invested. As I understand, the more you risk, the greater the chance of getting what you want. I've bought stocks at $20 so far, which is very little. I'm looking for information on how to do it right. is RH your only brokerage? Also, do you use their other features like the IRA and the bank account too? I'm thinking off rolling everything into RH but still scared from when they stopped trades from GME.. I lost a good portion because my stop losses didn't execute.

Right now RH is the only one I use, but I'll most likely move a portion of the portfolio into a different brokerage down the road. So far I've had 0 complaints about it!

Thanks for this information!!!! I did the same. Lost so much money. I was trading gbtc, and i had about 2300 shares of it…and I was trading bitcoin. I bought gbtc at 6, 12 dollars=18 average it’s 46 dollars. I bought the bitcoin at 24,000 and now it’s 51,000? SMH I’m now just buying growth ETFs and sp 500 and averaging in monthly. I lost money also by TSLY….like 30,000. I can’t afford to lose anything else.

How long did u say it took to hit 80,000? I have a non retirement account I want to grow! Splg and O….. and it want to add about 800 per month from interest of my CD…

It’s been a long time coming. Went from about 3k to now 80k in 3ish years. Consistency + compounding is key!
