Freshly grated ginger steeped in hot tea every day, zinc gluconate tablets 50 mg a day with a meal and turmeric capsules cleared my awful cystic acne. Also very important, reduction in dairy intake! Magical combo 🙂

Thank you! This was really helpful! I already cut out white refined sugar for the past 2 months. Having just natural sugars now like dates and healthier snacks :) it really helped my skin, also cut out cows milk which made me see a big difference in my skin and didn’t have any breakouts for quite a while! Then sadly I broke out again but I don’t know why 😫 I think maybe stress and also I have PCOS- raised testosterone levels so I have hormonal acne. Whatever products, supplements, food etc you eat doesn’t help entirely as the problem is unfortunately internal 😞 I hope one day I’ll have clear, beautiful and glowing skin like you Diipa! Love you Diipa! Thanks for doing these awesome videos! Very helpful and informative! ☺️ P.S. you didn’t talk about food spring- you could maybe do a video on what exercise you do every week and what food compliments that! 😘

Thanks Diipa. I have been thinking to quit refined white sugar but couldn’t do it yet. Thanks for the reminder. I know that you talk a lot about acne and how personal it has been to you. I have a same level of concern but not with acne instead I have dark circles that started to appear when I was in around 10th or 11th. Can you share something around it. I have watched millions of videos and I am just like you that if I dont see results, I quit that routine. Anyway you could help, would be great. Love xx
