Now that the supreme court's latest verdict says that those who retired before 2014 are not eligible for enhanced pension on actual salary, now what happens to people like Mr Kohli who has already got enhanced pension, though retired in 2013. I request Mr Kohli to come out with a video on the SC's Judgement delivered on 4th November 2022. A lot of people in south India had started getting the enhanced pension after HC judgement, in fact there were a few circulars from EPFO to start giving enhanced pension as per Sc's 2016 Judgement, all those circulars were withdrawn within days of issue

In nut shell why we pensioners (Existing or new) quit EPFO because our hard earned money is being enjoyed by EPFO/ GOI. Mr. Kohli had deposited > Rs. 1500000/- and then he could get pension about 20000 to 30000 per month. How many pensioner having this much of amount to deposit first to get higher pension. Moreover now EPFO has refused to entertain such type of requests. what majority of pensioners are getting ? only Rs.450/-to 1500/- per month, because they fall under the limit i.e. Rs. 6500/-and mr. Kohli retired after getting his pay revisions on more than 6500 ceiling, whereas most of the pensioners fall even below Rs. 5000/- limit if compared to Rs. 6500/- as ceiling limit,. Then how he will get higher pension?

Dear Pravin Sir, As per DOPT Guideline PPO is to be issued as per Employer record verified by Adhar, Pan, Bank ac number within 6month of retirement. After Oct2021, UAN record n EPFO Portal under 10(d) is made mandatory. However employees retired in 2019,2020 n 2021 upto June also are victimised to delay PPO by putting System verification in UMANG or EPFO Portal mandatort for all pending cases. UMANG, EPFO Portals have poorest connectivity so portal doesnt work continuously so that employee can upload 8-10 particular documents. Even grievance isnt getting recorde. I want to why EPFO offices are not helping employees in uploading documents in EPFO Portal for 2019, 2020 employees in their offices. Isnt EPFO bound by spirit of DOPT Guideline of issue of PPO Within 6month of retirement?. How many years employee have to wait petty issues name correction, date correction in UAN record etc. Why cant helplines be made at regional Centres to solve all issues so PPO can be given atleast in 1year after retirement. Pl take up this problem seriously at Delhi level so that lakhs of employees like me dont wait years vskumar ONGC. Employees of Large PSU/PVT should be alloted a slot every week so they can personally get uploaded all documents in Regional PF. This is min expectation of employees from whom EPFO Collects thousands of crore each year. Pl help sir.

My brother retired on 19/10/2014 at the time the unrevised basic and DA is Rs.2550.00 and he had been paid 12% as his subscription and management contributed12% on the pf celling amount of Rs.6500/- but he has no idea from 01/09/2014 they paid on Rs.15000/- celling amount. The management also not cooperating to give full information on it. He has to get revised basic and DA as per wage board of journalists and other news paper employees from 01.01.2011 onwards but the management not revised the salary which is he filled a case in labour tribunal. He is getting a monthly pension of Rs.2503/- only for his 34 years of service in the same company

Not getting Para 26 point 6 anywhere... Neither In EPS 95 act nor in epf scheme 1952... From where did he got this point? How can pension increase from 2300 to 30000? My father being an employee since 1974 is getting 11000 pension under eps 95 scheme. While enrolling to eps 95, the earlier epf fund were transferred to this scheme.

Sir is this vedict also applicable for retired employees of BALCO i.e. Bharat Aluminium Company Limited,Korba as my father and other retired employees served Balco for almost 40 years and the last drawn salary was approx 84000/pm but getting pension Rs.1800/pm and Balco was the first company to get privatized in the year 2001.

Very relevant for today also. Excellent analysis. A new video may be uploaded as per the present notification & submission of online option form of EPFO. In the present option in sl no 1 & 2 if we click yes then the attachment of joint option form of 26/6 is mandatory. But the same is not available with us. Though we submitted a joint option recently to our employer for further action of employer as directed by our employer NPCC. Whether the same application will be relevant for this for attachment? Regarding Sl no 3, we have already received our retirement benefit of CPF during our retirement in my case in the year 2018. So whether we will put it as 'No' ? & the last option of Undertaking as 'yes' ? In that case what undertaking is required to be attached? Kindly assist us by giving your valued suggestion for right submission of option form. Regarding deposit of differential amount of statutory wage limit & actual salary, & the amount receivable against date of retirement , whether the deposit has to be made if any after book adjustment? Or the Deff. amount has to be deposited first. Awaiting for your valued suggestion. Regards.

Dear sir, I worked for Rallifan co. Mumbai (1972-1996) for 24 years. In 1996 co. was illegally lock out and closed for ever. After closure of the co., I filled the the family Pension form. While filling the form I encashed some pension. In the beginning I got Pension of ₹500/ per month .later on it was changed to ₹532/- pm. In 2014 there was revision of pension to minimum ₹ 1000/- but my pension remained ₹532/- only. My last salary was ₹7500/-at the time of closure of co. In 1996.
