How I INSTANTLY changed my LOW Self Concept

I've listened to this a few times now and it makes perfect sense each time (in the conscious mind). I feel it needs to be written and meditated on daily to cause the shift to the subconscious mind because what I'm finding is when there's a stressful external circumstance happening, the central nervous system kicks in and wants to take you back to the old patterns. There is a valuable ABC method to deal with this though and I am finding that works intermittently. The end goal is for it to become a natural reflex habit that has fully absorbed the new self concept into the central nervous system so even if there is a memory of old patterns it doesn't take over and pull one backwards to the old habitual way of thinking. Abby as always you're a valued guide through Neville's teachings and you truly are worth your weight in gold. Thank you x
