Usually when you are applying, on the form there will be a field where you can input the link to your portfolio. Otherwise if there isn't one you can wait for the company to ask for one.

I am full stack dev. You can learn react then focus on front end dev or you can also learn nodejs and become full stack, although you'll need to learn other tools if you wanna be a FS dev.
