Im thinking about going out and train again. Im unsure if i want to do the hardcore kickbox stamina training again, while im 31 years old now, i want to take it a bit more slow. Thinking about jiu jitsu. I did do boxing and kickboxing. I did like the sparring, and bag training. Also i like the taekwondo hitting of pads a lot. But the kick and punch till you drop, that kind of stuff, i feel like im a bit done with that. Its just to much strain, maybe i had to harsh a relationship and im scared to give it all stamina wise. Im also scared of scuba diving now, while i dont know if i can take it... Its sad really, maybe im just to cautious, but i dont feel like dying. Its just that i like the kicking an punching so much, also the sparring was really cool. I dont like when guys go hardcore banging with sparring, and tell me that i should go easy. I think they dont get the point, maybe it is because it is really Dutch to spar that way... I like your take downs on fights you have done in the past, it is really educational. Any way, good luck! Maybe i will just stop by at a gym and take a look around and see what they are all about. Greetings, Jeff

ok lets be honest here first of all im not a fan of Ross but he was NOT a feared fighter and this fight was at the end of his career matter of fact second to last fight so i mean not take away from your victory but beating a fading fighter for his name yet not mentioning he was well past his prime is not cool thats like when Joe Schilling bragged about his victory over Thai legend Koaklai at 185lbs yet the Thai was at the end of his career and was a welterweight(147lbs) in his prime Thais are notorious for taking fights when they shouldnt simply for the money the US dollar makes them millionaires in Thailand and there is NO american kickboxer making big money so even Ross took fights he shouldnt have.
