Dr Doug Lisle says the body can get rid of 1-2 ounces of pure fat per day if someone is really compliant. So it takes time to see results. It takes patience. In addition to that, I think that it's important to lose weight slowly so that the skin doesn't get saggy.

Oh some good snacks are sliced apple or orange. Even a container of strawberries, its just 2 cups which is 100 calories, you feel full and satisfied too

LOVING your vidoes lately, and I can tell you are confident and feel good! I also follow Chef AJ for autoimmune reasons, I think I'm about your age (I'm 25). I find sticking to a routine, eating 3 good sized meals based on calorie density is best for me and my routine I'll snack on whole fruits if I'm hungry between meals. Question: when losing the weight did you eat any overt fats? I have been having 1/2 an avocado a day and the last 10 pounds to get back to my normal weight is slow...its happening but it feels super slow! But I enjoy my salad with the avocado (I've tried it without and it's pretty gross) also do you drink any coffee? I have been having decaf and love, but I'm considering giving it up to see if my joint pains will decrease even more, just wondering if you every drink it, I love coffee!

I find when I don't eat some healthy fats/protein at each meal I have a hypoglycemic event. I also need to eat smaller meals with snacks between. Can this still work for me?
