So many dieticians, nd I myself paid three dieticians but experience was pathetic. Wht i got at the end frm their diet- constipation, blood in stool for three months, nd due to tht less hemoglobin nd loss of platelet count 😭 . Hats off to u ❤️ who is genuine enf nd helping PPL out . Can hypothyroid patient hv this diet or should follow ur thyroid video . U r gem of a person ❤️

Thanks madam. I am trying to reduce weight. Since Two years I am trying it and it's reduced from 75 to 57 but from last six months its increased to 62 again. So still serious to reduce it. Doing some exercise too. Drinking detox water too. So pls guide me to reduce more 10 kg.

@@avinashshukla8410 Yes right But when I started my weight loss then my health also reached too good level as my thyroid also reduced and diabetes almost gone and stopped medicine too. But it's reached to 57 kg only then later on its because of lockdown increased to 62 kgs. So started some exercise now as I need to reduce 10 kgs and means need to reach to 52 kgs. So pls guide me for same.
