7:00morning drink : 2 stick cinamon nd 1 lemon Brealfast :barley roti with half cup dahi 8:00 10:00Snack:any 1 seasonal ftuit Lunch :1:00Tohar dal or arhar. Dal soaked for 30 mints then cook upto 3/4 whistles thenbserve Evening : green tea 4:00 Dinner :7:00/7:30:detox salad Zeera tea:1.5cup wate with 1 tbsp zeera with little lemon sleep at 10:30 to 6:30 ,check weight daily,4 ltrs water, after wakeup use washroom then check weight then go for morning drink

Hi Dr Shikha, I came across your videos while I am trying to lose weight while in lockdown in Sydney. I am 4 months postpartum and gained about 30kgs during my pregnancy. I have started following your diet plan ( cheating a little here and there as I am a lactating mother) but I have lost 6kgs in 2 weeks so far. I will keep you posted as I go further. @@gayathridhavala73 i lowered my calorie intake and I was having all these teas that Dr Shikha mentions in her videos specifically Jeera (cumin) tea. But I was weighing every thing that I a eating and using recipes from her videos. You can use Fitness Pal app to track your calorie intake.

But where are carbs??? If we ll completely avoid any food group then after start intaking that food group again ,it will very easily lead to a weight gain !!!! And ofcourse this will not be a long term wieght loss

Mam jo aap morning drink btaye ho vo sab garam chizon se bnaate ho..mam mujhe gram chizein suit nhi karti... Garam taseer ki chizon se mujhe muh mein chale, nose bleeding hoti hai... Pls suggest morning drink jismei garam taseer ki chizein na ho..

So many dieticians, nd I myself paid three dieticians but experience was pathetic. Wht i got at the end frm their diet- constipation, blood in stool for three months, nd due to tht less hemoglobin nd loss of platelet count 😭 . Hats off to u ❤️ who is genuine enf nd helping PPL out . Can hypothyroid patient hv this diet or should follow ur thyroid video . U r gem of a person ❤️

Thanks madam. I am trying to reduce weight. Since Two years I am trying it and it's reduced from 75 to 57 but from last six months its increased to 62 again. So still serious to reduce it. Doing some exercise too. Drinking detox water too. So pls guide me to reduce more 10 kg.

@@avinashshukla8410 Yes right But when I started my weight loss then my health also reached too good level as my thyroid also reduced and diabetes almost gone and stopped medicine too. But it's reached to 57 kg only then later on its because of lockdown increased to 62 kgs. So started some exercise now as I need to reduce 10 kgs and means need to reach to 52 kgs. So pls guide me for same.
