Hi Madison! I agree with you 100% that INTERMITTENT FASTING with LOW CARB DIET really works! My only exercise is walking for 30 minutes daily. I am one of the advocate for this. CONSISTENCY and DETERMINATION is the key! I also lost 40 pounds down to my ideal weight for my height. Happy for you! You look so slim and beautiful!

I turned 30 in December 2019 and I was not happy with my weight none of clothes fit me I would struggle to find a cute outfit in my closet because everything I would put on would should my stomach my arms my thighs. I was determined to make a change but I tried counting calories that did not work for me I would loose 5lbs max in a month so I started doing research and what helped me was Taking away carbs and sugar I’ve noticed a huge huge difference in my body within two months I’ve lost 25lbs. I am 5’2 original weight 173lbs Now I am 148lbs My goal is 120lbs I genuinely thought because I just turned 30 years my body was not going to loose the weight but no not the case.

You look great Madison! I’m currently doing intermittent fasting started about 8 weeks ago and Ive lost 5.3kg or 11.6lbs. I’m a a lot older than you and had never felt so frumpy and old. My doctor recommended this as I was struggling to loose any weight despite walking everyday and watching my intake. I’m over the moon as I have health issues that could have got worse - heading towards type 2 diabetes not where I want to be. I think it’s a great way to get some control back and I’m feeling so happy with my results. I get on the scales everyday and know it’s motivating me to keep going. I would like to loose around 10more kilograms and then maintain it.

I can relate to how eating low-carb works best (for my body). I spent the first 3 months of my fitness/weight loss journey, not seeing any results all because I was encouraged to eat 5-6 small-ish meals a day and the foods I was eating (though healthy) weren't low enough in carbs. I was even working out 5 days a week on top of that, and it still wasn't enough for me to see results. The scale wasn't moving and I was so frustrated. But still determined. It really can be hard to get that nutrition just right when it comes to weight loss and figuring out what works best for our bodies. I'm so glad that I'm just finally aware that low-carb is best for my body type. I started Intermittent Fasting yesterday after hearing great things about it. And now after watching your video and seeing that you did IF, too, to get results makes me feel so much more encouraged that I'm heading in the right direction!

You are so sweet! I also lost 40 pounds, by starting a ketogenic lifestyle in mid June and transitioning into full carnivore by mid July. At the start of March I weighed about 175 lbs and it made my back pain, IBS, Fibromyalgia and arthritis worse than ever. I was told I had hypothyroidism and my triglycerides were too high. I eat animal products like butter, bacon, ground beef, eggs and steak now, but I ended up cutting out dairy, soy, gluten, sugar, sweeteners, grains, cereals, nuts and seeds completely. It's crazy what things I realized were aggravating my different conditions! I had to go completely zero carb to reduce inflammation, but I don't miss them! I am 5'5" and finally a healthy weight of 132 pounds. I believe it is a God moment I came across your channel today, so I am glad I did!!!

I don’t understand how people eat low carb, I feel like everything has carbs in it. I literally just had a protein bar that’s only 190 calories and has 21 grams of protein and the thing has 22 grams of carbs! I’m also vegan so carbs are pretty much all I can eat

You look amazing…totally agree with your weight loss plan because also do low carb,low sugar and intermittent fasting…I walked 5miles daily but was not loosing weight…once I started eating this way I did reach my goal weight and must say love the way I eat….when have a cheat meal I’m Immediately feel yucky….also I journal my weight loss journey and it has been an awesome way also to maintain weight…keep up the great work…I am almost at 2 years of eating this way and truly recommend it if you decide to take this journey…keep up the great work…I am quite a bit older than you but no matter your age it is important to stay and be and eat healthy 😊

Losing not loosing that’s short for loose, like your pants are too loose! I lost weight with not doing all that mine was health related unfortunately but, my journey started over 7 yrs ago and, I eat much different, one, rule is no more sugar loaded foods, if, I mostly crave candy, I make it, that way it doesn’t last a long time and, you mostly are having to share it! I was able to drink pop again but, I ended up quickly got started on the zero option. Also, I can eat cinnamon again but, I only eat it once a month. I have cut back on doing take- out. I am always trying more and, better healthy ways of getting rid of the processed chemicals out of my diet as much as possible. Do to what is going on with my stomach, it takes awhile for things to adjust. 7 yrs ago , I got down to also 170lbs but, because, what was going on, I still was feeling quite bloated and, then, because, of what, was going on eventually other things happened and, about a year and half ago and, that took off another 21lbs. But, now, I actually feel like, I have lost all this weight, I lost in total of 251lbs and, it’s finally been staying off. I to was overweight all my life and, I to didn’t like it when, I gained and, I always felt miserable. I lost weight through the years but, when, I gained it back, I always felt miserable and would get depressed. I been watching all her videos because, I have had to buy all new clothes for all the seasons this year.

Great info. My problem is I love carbs and have a difficult time limiting them. I love bread, bagels, pancakes, waffles, English muffins all breakfast foods. I do eat eggs but after a while I want something else. I will try to limit them as much as I can but what about sandwiches and toast. Yikes, I need some better alternatives.

I’ve lost 40 lbs so far on keto (not super strict) I find that starting out using an app helps tremendously then you get to know serving sizes etc and you won’t need it as much. You are probably an endomorph body type as I am and the next half of my journey I want to try carb cycling with a HIIT style of working out. Because I find my body gets adapted quick so when I have a chest meal and go right back to low carb I lose more weight. It’s weird but it works. As far as HITT, to get results in 10,20 mins without the cardio bore of treadmills etc- sign me up!

Madison you are preaching to the choir!😃. My Doctor put me on a low carb intermittent fasting eating regiment last year and I lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks. I would only eat from 12 noon to 7:pm. Just meat and veggies. No sugars or starches. Drank water, tea and coffee. I fasted from 7:01 pm - 11:59 am the next day. First time I made any substantial progress with weight loss.

i am on a weight loss journey i have to go slow cause im a kidney transplant patient and my medicine is weight dependant but ive lost so far 10 pounds in 3 months my big thing i think was when i snack i dont look at what a serving is so i was eating like 3 times the calories and am drinking more water only having one coffee a day the way i like it. i also found out i am highly allergic to dairy

I tried this brand Vanguard formulas supplement and it works. For me it has made me lose about 1/2 to a pound per week. This is ideal as I do not want to lose too much weight too fast. I have been taking it for about 6 weeks and have lost about 10 lbs. I will buy more. Most important thing is to take as directed. I find that it is more effective when taking before meals!

I’m 182😢 I try and eat “ healthy “ but I have teens and they love their sweets n stuff. I have no will power ( I’m tearing up writing this because it’s pathetic) if let’s say a box of doughnuts are on the counter every time I pass it I HAVE to eat a piece. If not it’s like it calls me over n over until I do. I’m definitely going to try and do what you have done. I completely know you feel,but this is still not sustainable.You basically need a reverse diet to speed up yet our metabolism.After restriction your body is gonna make you gain ot all back or you'll have to stay on low carb low cal forever.Id love to lose weight but I'm never gonna diet again because I became very over weight dieting. I completely understand where your thinking is at.i am in the process of repairing a slowed metabolism.dietimg use to work for me until it didnt. Then I kept lowering my cals because I was confused why I wasn't losing anything and I actually gained and gained over the last ten years.Stop that cycle when you're young otherwise you'll be losing and gaining and each time gaining more.I know it's not fun to hear .good luck to you.

I agree, diets don’t work. Low carb is a lifestyle change I’ve decided to make and I stick to the 80/20 rule with it. low carb 80% and eat what I want 20% now that I’m in maintenance mode. Low carb and giving up sugar has worked for me and I’m happy to say I haven’t gained the weight back- been doing it for over a year. It’s a switch that my body has really responded to- more important than the scale it’s the BEST I’ve ever felt. Everyone’s body is different & I’m really thrilled after years of dieting to find what works for me 🤗
