Well I guess you have to ask yourself what do you want to spend your money on? Healthy foods that make you feel good and live a long life or the doctors that make you get painful surgeries and a life long list of pills to try and fix the problems unhealthy food gives you? 🤷♀️

back then we had the same goal. now that i've achieved the goal,i regret it so much. feeling tired most of the time (having big tummy when you're not pregnant is kind of unhealthy) and had to buy new jeans with bigger size than before 😅 💸💸💸 mafan aaa.. and aha, my mum said i looked old. maybe because i ditched workout just to look chubby but ended up collecting toxic in my body. 😭

feryal ; sorrry if i’m 6 months late- haha, but i’m here to tell you that even if you stop eating half of your snacks that you eat everyday, and eat the same meals, you’ll see some progress, it may not be much because you only got rid of half your snacks, but if you excersize on top of that, and eat less carbs, and more protein, you will see change 100% guaranteed!! you got this!

Spelinda I did many HIIT workouts for different body parts and full body. I also started walking more, not running just walking around. I started eating healthier. I drank much water (no sugar drinks like cola) and sometimes I drank smoothies, ate more fruits and vegetables, stopped eating things after 6 pm (only vegetables and fruits), started eating less carbs and sugar. But I gotta say I never was fat and only lost my extra bodyfat. I've always been a fit and skinnier person so I guess that helped me a lot. I hope this could help you a little bit^^

Yeah it's not easy you have to change your mindset and no one can do that. Take your time and don't force things Start by taking small portions you enjoy Then have some more with other delicious foods :) don't force it it'll make you feel worse. You can do this

igot7-lu I see Dr Neal Barnard lecture video. He show people eating more meat than plants metabolism too 6%-8% on empty stomach. When you eat meat it goes 10% - 12% . Metabolism slightly increase when you eat meat. For high meat eating metabolism goes below normal on empty stomach. Eating mostly plants, on empty stomach metabolism 8% - 10%. After, eating high plant food, the metabolism all up to 14%-16%. Empty plant stomach metabolism stays average or stay little increase. I eat 50% fruit, Lizhi, Yangmei, Durian, Longan, Pitaya, orange, Cherry, Banana . Sometime Hosui, Blackberry ,apples, Strawberry, Timbarind, Coconut. 40% vegetables and seeds. 10% insects Locusts, Silkworms. I do gain weight after eating Durian fruit. I eat entire Durian next day pouch on belly. Durian like one Durian last like 2 maybe 3 days...Sometimes 20 minutes. Elephants and Rhinoceros in Asia eat many varieties Durian to build massive muscles. One Durian has more than 40g fats more than 10g proteins, 40g fibers, 2,500-3,000 mg Potassium. many antioxidants and probiotics. Durian is super fruit.

Thank you for this video, you don't know how much it helped me. I've been dieting and working out to lose weight for a while now, but I don't eat as much food as I should. Recently I've been eating only around 1,000 calories a day. I feel extremely tired and unmotivated every day, I know I need to eat more, especially since I workout everyday. Thanks to you I have realized that I shouldn't be restricting myself so much, and that enjoying my life and maintaining a healthy lifestyle at the same time is possible. (I also love the fact that you allow yourself to have a cheat day every week:) I will try to eat a healthy amount of food and aim for long term results instead of fast results. Before starting diet I was 66kg and after 1 month I'm 55 I'm so happy that i cant express it in words, but being indian i can't eat non-veg food everyday so i made some changes in my diet like oats with banana & warm water for breakfast. Then sliced cucumber, yogurt & boiled egg with salt & pepper for lunch sometimes I eat boiled noodles & for dinner 1bowl boiled rice 🍚 and scrambled egg. So tried this diet I'm 100% sure this Will work for you too🙂. Thank you so much emi. ❤

Before watching this video i was always counting calories and freaking out if I missed a workout, which was making me go crazy. I've only been eating 1000 calories a day and i know that's not healthy for a growing teenager but i thought that's what you need to do to lose weight. This video has inspired me to eat healthy food when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full.

I absolutely LOVE that you eat alot of healthy food, and dont count or do low carb. I am trying to change my eating habits and work out more, NOT lose weight. So many other videos are about weight loss or to maintain their weight. But for me I have a high metabolism, so its hard to find videos!
