I really like how realistic and relatable this is. I like that you were so honest about still eating maybe another beef short rib other than what you have on your plate. There’s a lot of pressure over eating like insta-models that you feel like a failure if you end up eating a little more on the side. Being Asian and trying to kick all the foods I grew up eating makes dieting or at least eating healthier seem impossible but you’ve got the best advice about enjoying your life, eating things in moderation, and listening to your body. I feel like a lightbulb went off in my head or something

Love this video! Growing up eating Chinese foods, I always felt like I couldn't enjoy the same foods and flavors if I wanted to loose weight or stay fit because of all the noodles, rice, sugar, and dumplings. Love all the ideas now!

U can always reduce the amt of oil and use good oil, stir fried with fresh meat / seafood so that u can use less sauce ~ i always hv meals similar to Emi and i can maintain my BMI at 18 - 19

Perfect timing ! I’ve been lack of motivations to work out after my two trips this month. I gained a few pounds and pictures I take recently makes my face so chubby. I’ve been trying to get back in shape! I was so motivated during summer time and it was one of my fittest days since I gave birth to my two kids. No sleep and two kids really are very challenging. Thanks for all these videos. I’ve been liking your new plankvideos because it has all my favorite workouts!

At the start, I followed her lower abs, small waist workout and for legs I did her 10min leg+booty workout slimming+toning at home. For cardio is do her HIIT workouts. I recommend changing up your workout routine every 4 to 6 weeks to challenge yourself. Currently, I do her plank, inner+outer thigh, lower ab in bed workout and for cardio I do her HIIT workouts. To be honest, I was just skinny fat, so I actually didn't lose any weight, but my body fat percentage went down a lot and I gained muscles. I hope I could help you and good luck on your fitness journey :)

I’m not sure if you have any older subscribers but I’m a mum of two and your videos have helped me get into shape ,...although lately with getting a cold and just pure laziness I haven’t been having the incentive to do any but I will be starting them again ! For a busy mum of two plus a dog your short but intense workouts are a godsend to me , I can do them anywhere and anytime with no equipment , saving me both money and time ! @@feliciawong2017 i eat malaysian food everyday. For breakfast i will have boiled eggs or omelette with sweet potato/oat and any fruit that i like. For lunch and dinner, i eat nasi half cup + any vegetables + protein. And btween each meal, i have snacking by taking fruits such as banana with peanut butter. Drink at least 2L of water per day. Cut sugar intake. Take lots of vegetables and make sure dont starve yourself.

Your home food looks so healthy and wholesome, at home we have alot of rice with black sesame and very meaty meats with lots of sodiums and good veggies like fermented cabbage with spinach or sweet potato but the meats and rice plus we have lots of big portions makes the foods feel unhealthy

Recently, I’ve been so stressed and depressed. I feel like my face is bloated, counting calories, my eyebags became bigger, my stomach became bigger. oh I’m 13 years old in Hk, I need to focus on studies, but SOOOOO stressed because of how I look. I use to be 82kg but lose 30kg in a year due to anorexia and eating disorders. Now, I’m 57 kg and 173cm and I count calories a lot. My mind is gonna BLOW! I crave food a lot and then feel depressed after eating.
