30min walk morning n evening 6-8Glass of Water Avoid Sugar, Potato, Rice and any kind of outside packed food Don't starve yourself.... Switch to home made food (Instead of cookies, Namkeen, chips take roasted chikpeas, Puffed rice, Poha, Roasted maakhane) Start gradually Try to Maintain ur sleep schedule

Hi, congrats for loosing 5 kg starting weight which is most important to weight loss journey. But I suggest you to follow the proper system without it nobody can come on ideal weight. Inspiration is good but misleading is always harmful. This video is inspiring but not guiding. Get inspiration and follow the proper system

​@@yashitagupta7123Hey, during the 16 hour fasting window I only drink water. Once 13 hours of fasting is complete then I take either Coconut water or Ashgourd juice and once 16 hours is complete then only eat any meal. And honestly during the 8 hour eating window you can eat anything that is homemade, just ensure to control the portion. If you used to eat 3 chappatis cut it to 1 and add dal, sabzi, raita, salad to your lunch so you can feel satisfied.

@ali Haider Yes sure Before breakfast take a hot cup of water with 2tps of apple cider vinegar In breakfast 3 pieces of Rus رس with a half cup of tea little bit Suger After half an hour you cake taken one big cup of green tea without sugar In lunch you can eat 2 boiled eggs only egg white with a big cup of green tea And in dinner also you can eat 2 boiled eggs white with green tea

That's untrue she 9bviously was several times weekly in a gym lifting heavy ( really heavy in my opinion) + doing intense classes of things similar to boxing... That's being in a gym and going to sports class ...

Good job shital to decide it. Follow the system find out the coach. Without it very tough to achieve this goal. But you can start from changing in breakfast - like sprouts / mix veg daliya after light workout. And add 400 gram mix veg salad in lunch.. you will definitely start getting results.

Sach baat hai ma'am jb kahi per koi dress fit nae aata hai. Bhut saare chiz sirf weight ke kaarn hum nae kr pate Or koi hash de majak mai. to bhut dukh lgta hai. Bt fir v mai positive rhti hu. Bt khud se mn mai dukh rh jata hai. Ki jo hasa to kya galat kiya. Mujhe to change krna hai. Maine v 20 kg weight km Kiya bt fir se mere weight gain ho gya. 74 kg ki hu mai fir se. Or mujhe 50 Jana hai ish baar.. Plz ek diet bta do.. ki aage mera weight gain na ho. Waise mere husband supportive hai. Jo weight ko lekar gande comments nae krte hai. Bt ha itna bolte hai. Healthy rho. Jayda weight bhut saare bimari laayenge. Bs Apney husband ke liye mujhe weight hamesha maintain karke rkhna hai. Plz diet bta dijiye thanks

Mera delivery tym 120 tha after baby 114hua lekin panjeri vagera khayi or bhookh boht lgti h pta ni q to ab fr se weight 118 ho gya h. Don't lose hope. You can do it. I was 77 and now I am 64. Still have 6 kgs to go but trust me your age is on your side. I am almost double your age. I could do it. you can definitely do it.
