30min walk morning n evening 6-8Glass of Water Avoid Sugar, Potato, Rice and any kind of outside packed food Don't starve yourself.... Switch to home made food (Instead of cookies, Namkeen, chips take roasted chikpeas, Puffed rice, Poha, Roasted maakhane) Start gradually Try to Maintain ur sleep schedule

@ali Haider Yes sure Before breakfast take a hot cup of water with 2tps of apple cider vinegar In breakfast 3 pieces of Rus رس with a half cup of tea little bit Suger After half an hour you cake taken one big cup of green tea without sugar In lunch you can eat 2 boiled eggs only egg white with a big cup of green tea And in dinner also you can eat 2 boiled eggs white with green tea

Good job shital to decide it. Follow the system find out the coach. Without it very tough to achieve this goal. But you can start from changing in breakfast - like sprouts / mix veg daliya after light workout. And add 400 gram mix veg salad in lunch.. you will definitely start getting results.

@@yashitagupta7123Hey, during the 16 hour fasting window I only drink water. Once 13 hours of fasting is complete then I take either Coconut water or Ashgourd juice and once 16 hours is complete then only eat any meal. And honestly during the 8 hour eating window you can eat anything that is homemade, just ensure to control the portion. If you used to eat 3 chappatis cut it to 1 and add dal, sabzi, raita, salad to your lunch so you can feel satisfied.
