Do start. Weigh yourself every day in the morning increase your fasting duration gradually 8 pm dinner 9 am breakfast fast add one hour every 3rd day 11. 12. 1 and then 2 pm for exercise walk about an hour in one or 2 sessions 10-15 minutes cardio every other day keep low on carbs esp fruits take only low glycemic fruits or smart carbs consume mostly plant proteins if taking lentils soak red masoor or mong dal overnight and pressure cook them take Vit D C B complex and Omega 3. Msg me your weight every week. Good luck

Tea is allowed so is coffee green tea and water 24 hours a day but no milk and sugar except for morning tea you can have one tea spoonful of milk and use stevia instead of sugar

Intermittent fasting is good for pcossince in pcos insulin is high so you should eat high fat low carb foods try and eat smart carbs only once the insulin level comes down you will start to lose fat Good luck
