I think a lot of us believe that Beans has a lot of protein, but that's not so true. Beans contains more carbs than protein per 100g.

Emmanuella Igwebuike not all beans. It all depends on the kind of beans. Black eyed, chick peas, lentils and soy beans are very high in protein but the rest are higher in carbs than protein. I personally eat chick peas everyday. I cook, freeze it and sprinkle it on mostly everything I eat and also put in my smoothies

Ivie.J_TV I’m not a morning person either. I can stay up till midnight. 😁. The weather in Ohio too is at it’s extreme. ❄️❄️. I wish most daily routines could be moved to evenings.

Sisi Yemi, am loving you. You are so natural whaoo. You words are so encouraging. Am 170kg, 44yrs a mother of 3 boys , I have decided to lose weight from Monday. I just came back from Dubai. Had a terrible experience I cried my eyes out. I need to take control of my life. I have never subscribed to anyone but am drawn to you. I pray this my lepa journey works. BC I have a lot to lose.

Sisiyemi the chance is that you should go on a gluton free diet and go off any form of dairy completely. By this I mean go off egg, butter, dairy milk, cheese. Stick to Almond milk.

i had a drink in my hand and i was like oh no. lol. u can take coconut milk instead, it does not cause bloating. Lemon in water works. it helps with suppressing appetite

Try plant based milk, I also get bloated with milk. I use Alpro Soya, almond and cashew.

Yours is still better using the toilet three times a week, I do a week or more without using the loo. I also don’t drink water except after meals. I will make conscious effort though my tummy ain’t big atall but if water also makes your skin glow then I am up for it, you look really good Sisi.

Well done You!! I find that wheat is one of the culprits for me and also fresh cows milk. I'm not as strong as you, I have to have my coffee and tea....of course I live in the UK so tea is it!! However evaporated milk does not have the same unfortunate effect on me i.e. ....flatulence!!! as fresh milk.....yuck!! If you can get it in Nigeria soya milk is wonderful so cereal can come back on your table. It's less calories as well which is a huge plus. Thanks for sharing. Stella
