If male breast enlargement is caused by glandular proliferation, it is defined as gynecomastia. If it is caused by increased fat deposition, it is defined as pseudogynecomastia / man boobs.
Chest fat tells us there’s a chemical imbalance between estrogen and testosterone in the body.
Aromatase is an enzyme which coverts Testosterone into oestrogen in the human body which could lead to accumulation of fat around the chest region. The main causes of high aromatase are:
1. Obesity
2. Insulin resistance, high blood sugar
3. Ageing in men
Some tips to reduce chest fat:
Maintain a calorie deficit
1. Low carb diet ( No breads, rice, pasta, grains, millets)
2. Stick to proteins and fats and low glycemic carbs.
3. Increase fibre and add cruciferous vegetables
4. Add vitamin D, zinc, magnesium
Some natural sources of vitamin D are eggs and mushrooms, zinc and magnesium are found in nuts and fatty fish
5. Lift weights with volume distributed over 2-3 sessions.

I think gaining muscles is what makes good weight loss and body transformation , I don' t go to gym though I wanted it to but timing is important which I am lacking , but exercises helped me a lot with diet for faster results ,my body was not that obese that much but I got better

Here is my sequence I weighed around 97kgs and now dropped down to 75 recently . 1. SHOULDERS 2. ARMS 3. FACE 4. BELLY AND CHEST . I have still now not lost all fat from chest and belly but it's much better than before.

My chest isn't in a bad shape but there is just a little bit fat that i'd want to get rid of.. I'm still not convinced with the mobilization and oxidation process but i'll take your word and try it out for a month or two at deficit..Hope it works out.. Wish me luck!!

@@zlatanibrahimovic001 Came back here to thank this guy..Seemingly works and trust me this definitely isn't placebo that i'm seeing.The fat mobilisation he talked about actually worked.For the test i just did as he said and as silly as it sounds i had my little brother beat me with rolling pins near my fat areas on my lower chest and around love handles..And i actually have slimmer waist and a more bulbous chest while still carrying some fat in my thighs and glutes..If i had to lose fat severely i usually lost it from my thigh first but this certainly changed that!

Anybody who thinks simply reducing fat will get rid of your 'manboobs' is incorrect. Manboobs, i.e. Gynaecomastia isn't chest fat, it is glandular tissue that develops under the fat layer. Yes you can get rid of that fat, as you can with fat with any other area, but you cannot get rid of that gland without surgery. Fat mobilisation is a poorly understood concept and there are not enough supporting studies, with adequate sample size to support it. Do not do train your chest everyday or do 8-10 different exercises per workout just to "lose" chest-fat, you will end up with fatigued chest and loads of junk volume. All you need to do is stay in a caloric deficit, do at least 15-20 sets (8-12 reps for higher isloated moments) per week. That's the golden range for muscle growth. This guy seems fishy because in his 'before' pic, you cal clearly see every sign of Stage 3 gyno and yet in his 'after' pic, you see a flat chest. Yes he may have gotten rid of most of the fat with exercise and diet but he couldn't have gotten rid of the gland without surgery. Either he was one of the very very rare blessed ones whose gyno went back to normal after the pubescent stage or he's straight up misleading. Please maintain realistic expectations.

I got really like real slim (and lil muscular) i love my body except for the thing that i still have good amount of chest fat even after losing weight, there isn't a massive change in my chest, any tips?

No bro it will be more helpful if you use strength training or do 100-200 push-ups and 300-400 situps

It will be better if you do 40 Min cardio because it will increase your strength and will not let your muscle mass to be lose with fats during weight loss do 30-40 pushups + burpees + jumping ropes + every type of crunches

Keep doing the walks don’t listen to ppl but add 2/3 full body workout a week do walks in the morning empty stomach and weights later in the day your fat will melt off as long as you don’t eat high sugar stuff

Do atleast 50 jumping Jacks , ventral Jacks and fly jacks and it will good if u do weight training . avoid sugar from ur diet

Alright so I am going to be honest. I have had chest fat since 2010 and I'm 27 right now. If you are suffering with chest fat just understand that all you have to do is just decrease your calorie intake and go in a fat loss diet. But understand that if you go in a fat loss diet and actually lose your chest fat then you will have to maintain those calories for as long as you want if you do not want your chest fat back. Because if you go in a fat loss diet and lose your fat from your chest and all the other areas of your body, you will definitely have a better chest but that just means that you will have to maintain those calories for the rest of your life to have that chest. If you go back to the comfortable calorie range that you are in right now then you will gain back all those fats and you will have your chest fat back and you will have to live with it for the rest of your life. So it is a genetic condition and you have to live with it for the rest of your life. If you do not want chest fat you will just have to remove some calories that you are consuming right now, then you will easily lose your chest fat but if you want to keep that body fat percentage you will have to keep eating those lower amount of calories for the rest of your life because if you go back to eating normally you will gain back your chest fat and everything will go back to its place. So my point is reduce your calories by a realistic amount not by a huge amount that you cannot commit to. Loose some chest fat build some chest muscles and live with that for the rest of your life if you are someone who is not going to compete on a bodybuilding stage ever.

Aisa nahi hai ki sirf milk ya kuch aur se hi hoga.. hota hai toh full day jitna fat consume kar rahe ho uski wajah se hota hai chest fat .. body ka habit hota hai jagah jagah fat store karna.. aur gyno, wo kisi food item ki wajah se nahi hota.. jaab aap teenage se adult bante ho toh body me hormonal changes hota hai.. sab ka hota hai.. lekin unme se kisi kisi ka gyno ho jata hai . Only milk ya kisi aur food item se chest fat ya gyno nahi hota

I am watching your videos from last 20-30 days. As you have shared info I have reduced my sugar intake about 90%. Eating only 800-900 calories daily. Lost weight but chest fat is a problem. I will start exercising as I was where curious about spot fatreduction. You made it clear and now I will come back again after a month. Thank you so much for this topic

@@okaymohit ok boss. Am just happy to see burning so I was not exceeding 100. But I will increase it to 1300 and also do the exercises for chest and will comment again. As you told I wish that I can see some differences without surgery because I have paid 10k as advance for surgery but didn't do it and expecting to loose it with diet and exercise. That's why thanks to you I am getting results from your info videos...🙏

@@flyingdutchman5 hey man i went from 108kgs to 79 as of today keeping my intake anywhere between 1200 to 1800. Calculate your macros well and try avoiding carbs maybe try a 45 30 25 diet. Helped me for fats all around hope it helps you as well

Thanks bro.. I joined gym and im successful at my weight loss... But by chest (man boobs) was not decreasing but i will try your tips.. Bro im happy my body is showing results I was 107kg now I'm 98 kg... Only in 2 months... My coach told me no need to rush your chest fat will decrease eventually... And thanks for the tips bro i can relate that uncomfortable moment when running in treadmill... It always jiggled i was so shy I start wearing pull over to hide it... But thanks to your tips now I'm educated.. And follow your tips... I will update you after several months

Heyy! I'm not a fat guy still my chest is bigger than usual! I done some chest exercises for almost a month and I didn't notice any difference infact my chest was little bigger after one month of exercise, So what should I do?? Should i gain more body muscle to match my chest and body size??

@@sukarnpal6389 I’m 23 . I lost them for a bit when I was 18-20 . Once I was able to buy drinks I just went downhill in body . I’m good now tho I was 260 😂 🐷 I’m 185 my goal isn’t weight tho it’s to lose the chest . I’m ordering a weighted jump rope and going to film myself until I change .

@@sukarnpal6389 yes only reason I’m saying jump rope Is because it slims your upper body , legs , back and is good for fat loss overall. Mix it with some dips or push-ups I used to jump rope 3000 jumps every other day. And jog for 30 mins on my non jump days. I’m doing the same routine but with a 4lb jump rope. Good luck

For fat loss, you only need to be at calorie deficit. Those reps and sets matter only for strength vs hypertrophy muscles.
