Could you please film what i eat in a day/workout routine?😍

Fasting is the best thing one can do for the body. Fasting in Islam is actually intermittent fasting with roughly 16 hours of staying on an empty stomach. We do this for a month and it makes such a huge positive difference in our energy levels and health
@BusyAngel99994 жыл бұрын
I recommend walking for 10 min or more after each meal. It will help you to digest, feel full, and allow your body to stay in good shape. Prevent the gut from getting too big. At the least if you’re not exercising you should be doing this. Really good to do on your cheat days. I also recommend eating your food without consuming liquids. Eat wait a bit and THEN drink your liquids.

Tam Tam! I think we all agree we need a new video on manifestation, practising law of attraction and reaching goals! I’ve just watched all your previous vids on this topic and realized I’m in a very similar position as yours when you decided to give The Secret a go. I love you and trust you so much that I realized it’s time for me to start saying what things I’m grateful for and appreciating EVERYTHING in life. Would love it if you could film a new/updated video on the topic, as you seem to be very passionate about it. Lots of love♥️

It is so important to be active, not only for appearance of the body but for health too! For a last month I’ve been totally lazy and it makes me feel so sick - physically and mentally. Thank you for the motivation! 💗💗💗

I'd love to try the intermittent fasting but how do you then manage dinners with friends or work? Usually those are after working hours and for me the most difficult to manage in terms of time of eating. Would love to hear your experiences. Amazing video, thank you so much for sharing your experiences and you look fantastic.

what I do is start fasting later, so first meal at 2,3 and I try to eat in a 4 hour - 5 hour window but you can eat up to 8 hour windows. then if you reset the next day (lets say. you eat dinner at 9-10), wait 16 hours until your first meal and make it small and eat dinner earlier to get back to a fasting schedule of 11-6 or 12-6, and try to limit to two meals. hope this helps !

I was really positively surprised to hear you talking about the fasting method. I have started that recently, after hearing about the Japanese doctor who got the Nobel prize for discovering the fenomena called "autofagia", which basically explains how beneficial is for your body to "rest" from eating for more than 12h. Good job, Tamara! And let's all get healthy and fit! P.S. Yeah, sleep is suuuper important too!

great video hun, so happy that you shared your successes with IF. I can say from my own experience as well that it truly works. I was 192 lbs/ 195 lbs and was able to achieve a 50 lbs weight loss because of intermittent fasting and keto. I am now 145 lbs. For anyone struggling with weight loss I recommend IF (make sure you diffenitely get cleared if you have any health problems with your doctor as well before starting).

I did intermittent fasting and it really does work- I lost a stone (14lb) pretty quickly. Unfortunately you're right the hardest thing is keeping it off and some of it has now come back on 😑 it's harder to do it in the winter too !

Hi Tamara I never knew If lemon in water is ok during intermittent fasting ? Because technically it s fruit ? Or does it have zero calories ? Btw I find not eating after 5 or 6 quite easy too. It s more difficult for me to fast until noon I tried that too .. one advice for people struggling is carbonated water is ok since it has zero calories but the sparkle makes you feel like drinking lemonade when fasting and it takes the hunger away for me - same as many teas like peppermint especially

Jedan period sam bila na intermitten fastingu i mogu reći da mi je bilo super, jer inače sam stalno napuhana. I onda sam nekako popustila i udebljala sam se 6 kg. Ahahah. Ovo mi je trebalo da čujem, da se ponovno pokrenem. Jer zbilja se ne osjecam ugodno kad sam konstantno napuhana. Hvala ti i obavezno napravi video kako vježbaš i što konzumiras tokom i poslije treninga. Pusa iz HR. 😚

As far as I know humans have an inner biological clock and also daylight affects the body a lot, too. Also, your skin has that inner clock as well which is why it regenerates during the night and you should use heavier creams e.g. then

I personally think, the less sweets you eat, the less you even like them. When I started uni, I would eat a bar of chocolate, just to have enough calories in my system (hello, I'm the horrifyingly unhealthy skinny girl whose eating never gets questioned in that direction). I did this so long, I developed an allergy against hazelnuts, thus had to stop with that kind of chocolate and let me tell you: the taste of sugar is disgusting to me. (Same for canned food and a celery allergy)

Hi Tamara! I LOVE watching all of your videos. You've inspired me so much already from Zimmerman dresses, Hermes bags, to a healthier lifestyle. During your fasting timeframe do you exclude alcohol? I presume you do, but I find this to be quite difficult for me once the weekend hits and I want a glass of wine here and there; this usually happens late at night well after I'm done eating. How strict are you with it, such as do you try to do it every day with only tea and vitamins outside of your "eating" window? I understand you're very busy, so no worries if you can't answer. I've just been enjoying this journey and really appreciate all of the advice you've given already! XOXO, Juliet
