Zone 5a. Wrapped in saran wrap. Stored in cellar. Third year with minimal loss years previous. Hope you have success.😊

I store mine the cooler wrapped in saran. It worked in previous years for me.

I think I’m investing in a mini fridge since I don’t have a garage!

Last year I saw another KZbinr who left them in the ground and I did that, and they came back up. I’m in zone 5B. You’re supposed to cut the dolly down to the ground and let them sit for bit and cover the stem with some plastic so that no water can get in and then cover it with lots of leaves and mulch and mound it up and that worked well. I am still having Dalia flower growing, so I will repeat that process again.

I too am tuber storage challenged. Was going to try storing as clumps in my unheated& unattached garage (6b) this year. Now hearing that didn’t work for you I’m back to the drawing board. Maybe the eyes will be easier to spot this year so I can at least divide them.

man I just started working on my tubers and I for the life of me can not find the eyes. 😮‍💨 Granted this is my first time ever doing this.
