Saw one of the lists run vitality band but is it really worth it? Makes lugia hit 230 but i feel like it's unnecessary before i try it myself

I think it’s more it allows you to hit 210 with a DTE, which is prime range for fez and teal masks etc

also 230 allows to kill terapagos, which may be relevant

you just lose, I sill prefer fluttermane personally but I see the point in klefki. Fluttermane has a decent attack as well to clean stuff up.
