What im most worried about is making sure that the talks between me and the client include all the relevant information that's needed to be shared throughout the whole process.

Every job will be different but there are some key points you have to discuss. Most times the client will tell you everything you need to know.

Kadz, i was offered a job through a contact who works for an insurance broker. But I turned it down because he said it was full-time but self employed and bizarrely the company doesn’t provide you with any leads. They only give leads to their top sellers which makes sense from a business point of view. So I spoke with another guy I know who just started as mortgage advisor and again he said it’s self employed/ has to generate his own leads. Other than the family, friends, friends of friends method, how else would one generate leads ? Thanks

B2C is harder because of GDPR. And you are competing with big banks for business. Bruv if you can sort out my 3 properties let me know when you are up and running!!

Linkedin might be a good source. I have been contactee before. Or you can try reach commercial businesses using the same methods i use for recruitment
